    Struggled to get going today, woke up to the news that someone I know, passed away unexpectedly yesterday, he was just 56 ! Same age as me …. I soon realised that the reason I started this challenge, started running again (not great distances) and started tracking my food and drink, was to get strong, get fitter, get healthier and live life to the full - no one knows what is around the corner. Thank you Rachel for these workouts, they really mean a lot 😘

    What a day!!!! My daughter had three doc appts and I’m exhausted. It’s past 11pm and I usually began my workouts around 9pm after I put my 8month old twins to bed. And to be honest I had to force myself to get this workout done. But I’m glad I did! It was another great workout. Day 23 completed. I didn’t get around to my straight 30mins cardio. But I’m pretty sure I got in alot of cardio in from traveling to one doc office to the other 😂. Thanks Rachel for the great workouts 💪🏽💜. I’m loving my results 🙂

    Day 23! Can’t wait to finish this and start a harder challenge! As someone who is only 15 and legally blind, this is great for me, as there aren’t many safe workout opportunities around me!❤

    65 yr old here!! Day 23 done and feeling so much stronger!! Even used weights for the arms(5 lb)!! Thanks Rachel 😊

    Just wanted to share that now when I am stretching and rolling down I can touch the floor without bending my knees 😂 It was about 10 cm far a year ago

    Day 23 done 😊 I definitely felt those fancy squats! I'm really shocked at how well my balance has gotten in just the past 23 days. When you said to try the last 3 without touching the wall, I had no idea that I would actually be able to pull it off 😊 Thank you again for these great videos!!!!

    Day 23 complete! 🎉 So far this workout is the one I struggled the most with. The single leg/glute ones are the hardest for me, but will be doing this again soon! 😊

    Round 2, Day 23 done🥴😂👏🏽 this is usually a Tuesday workout, but my body has been so fatigued this week, I have been avoiding this one like the plague! The second I started to move, a smile came on face❤ I will always jumble a week, but I WILL ALWAYS get it done🎉🎉🎉

    Hi, started off today with 10 minute stretching beforehand and stretching as I need to all throughout the day also before bed. What a big difference it is making.I really enjoyed this workout thank you, day 23 done n dusted! ❤

    Day 23 completed! My knees were creaking through the first part of the workout but not as bad as before. This daily exercise works!

    that was fantastic! never done anything like this. Day 23 and still feels amazing. I was having shoulder pain and doing this workout it went away

    This was sooo hard but also felt rewarding. I’ll have to come back after another 23 days and see if it’s easier 😂 def getting those “Pilate shakes”

    Thank you, Rachel! I am truly enjoying your 28-day challenges. I am recovering from low back issues, and these workouts are making me feel stronger and move better.
    Due to my lower back issues, I am really struggling with dropping one leg at a time when in bridge position and one leg in TBT as I dont want to risk it! Can you suggest a modification? Thank you ❤

    Done new to wall Pilates did 50 min combo class plus ran 2 miles a great finish to my workouts❤️💪💕

    Day 23 my body is progressing. No weight loss, but I can see my stomach slim as clothes feel loose.

      That’s great! It’s totally possible to shrink even with no weight loss especially if you’re resistance training like this.. it’s a good thing🙂

      I was a bit worried doing these particular moves. I know my form in my lower back was too arched due to my muscles not yet being strong enough - but I kept tying! Go all of us!!!

    Day 23 ✅, the first part with squats felt awkward for me because I sprained my foot last year and it didn’t heal properly. I don’t have the same range of motion and I can’t bend that foot/leg the same way. It’s super frustrating but this has nothing to do with how awesome you are.. just not sure how effective I was during that time considering the injury.

    Thank you for putting these workouts together! I just wrapped up and I'm going to start over again and maybe do two workouts on the days there are shorter ones, try to get better form with current weights, and maybe go up on weights. ❤

    Day 23 done. I didn’t really get the full defect of the workout because I always forget to change the position of my hair! No low buns ever! It threw me off but I still pushed through. #NoMoreLowBuns

    Rachel, Do you have any recommendations for challenges to lose weight, that is safe for the visually impaired? My mental health took a turn when I became blind, I gained a lot of weight. Hoping for ideas, a challenge like this to lose weight ❤

      In terms of exercise challenge and weight loss. You do need to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight so it required changing some habits with diet. I can’t give diet advice but it could be something to speak to your doctor or dietitian about

    Day 23 done 🎉 Not sure if this was the correct workout for the 28 day challenge that I have been doing since there was no wall exercises. I enjoyed it anyway (albeit a lil hard, but also rewarding)
