    Day 24 is complete; whoa 🤯 I had a super hard time with the push ups but I did more than I thought I could; great workout and at 65 I’m still with you! Thx!! ❤️

    Day 24 done 55yo 🥵 lady half way delirious but made it through ...that last move killed me!! I was like WHAAAT IS THAAAT!!?? I was able to do 3 ish ...betting if I tried on day 1 absolutely none lol so I'm glad because doing these has given me the strength and confidence to try! 💪 now for water and catching my breath...shower and work...happy Friday see you tomorrow! Can't believe day 25...wow 🎉 thanks Rachel ❤️

    Yay! I did it! Didn’t think I’d make today happen. Was not motivated and my morning started quicker than I wanted but made it happen!!
    Hoping to get tomorrow in but weekends are busy and hard.

    I have not done this new workout yet and I am really excited to do it! Which is crazy because I’ve never been this excited about working out-you make being successful and consistent so attainable ! I am so grateful I came across your videos-definitely a Godsend 💕

    Day 24 down!! It’s been a journey, but very doable, love the routines. Seems easy at face value but once you get into them they can be challenging. I’m definitely not body building ready but can feel the difference from day 1.

    Couple of questions - I have a bad lower back, so I have to be careful with exercises. It was bothering me a little when we were doing the squats in the beginning of the workout. Do you have any suggestions for correct alignment? Also, is it okay to do this workout barefoot? I wore sneakers for the workout. I’m loving all of your workouts! Thanks!

    Can I ask about the benefits of the Pilates 'V' position? I struggle to do squats with my feet like this because it feels harder on my knees. The glute work in the v position doesn't bother me.
    Overall, I got my sweat on! Great workout! I have very poor coordination so the mat work with alternating the arms with the feet got confusing... But I promise I'll get it one day!

      So glad u liked it Rebecca! The v position works the inner thighs more than a regular squat.. it does require more knee flexion though so that makes sense u feel it more! Just go down to a comfortable range but I wouldn’t avoid all together bc it’s good to strengthen the knees in different positions! ☺️

    Hi Rachel! Loved this workout! I am curious if my form and/or flexibility need some work. Everytime I try to do a squat with my feet facing straight forward, my heels come up! Is there a way to fix this?

    One question Rachael-is there any reason why you face sideways instead of front? I am new to Pilates and love your channel, I just subscribed.

      Thank you! I probably film that way out of habit.. people prefer the side angle for wall Pilates. But for these maybe front would be better. Do you think it would be easier to follow?

    Maybe consider a mic for your videos so we can hear you better. You can always sync up the mouth to the audio.

    Is there a reason that you don't face Forward. I'm not sure why you do it that way but kind of hard to tell exactly what you doing.

      Sorry abt that! I am used to filming on the side for Pilates mat work, but after feedback from others I’ll be filming front facing for the standing work

      It's not an issue it's just I believe you can see much more what's going on when she's front. So is that okay. For number one I can tell more about how she is doing it when she's facing forward forward.
