My favorite favorite thing about this series is seeing how fit you are and how good you are at the movements, and hearing you get out of breath, seeing you use the wall for balance, and hearing you say that you are feeling it. It is such a relief to have an actual beginner series done by someone who isn’t making it seem like it’s sooooo easy. Thank you!!!

Hi it's me 55 yo fat lady 🥵 GIRL! I did it though..this is humbling...at 25 I was really fit and now...well life happened...im trying to take my life back so I'm starting here...thanks for doing these...even though some are so hard for me I KNOW all I need is to keep going and get stronger im done with the lose weight mentally...I want to be strong ...skinny is great but I want my strength back! Once I'm done with the 28 days I want to do it over before moving on because I think I'll be strong enough to do each move right for the whole time...im liking and commenting each day for accountability 😅 ty again ❤💪

Day 3 was the hardest day for me to want to start so far. This is usually where I give up, but even though the exercises are challenging and I've gotten more sore, this was the easiest day to keep up with once I got going. I feel a bit more like my old self when I used to be more into pilates which is nice 😅 PS. Thank you for telling us when you were getting tired and out of breath. It made me feel so much better about it when I was getting worn out. I'm hoping once I get through this playlist for the first time and then go back through, it'll feel easier. We'll have to see! You will 💯 see a difference in how much easier these feel after the 28 days and those are my favorite comments to see! Day 3 ~ check! I’m a runner and in fairly decent shape. I wasn’t sure how much of a cardio workout I would get in 20 minutes…. Well that was certainly a workout! It got my heart rate up and my legs shaking. Thank you !!!
Love the workouts but will say after today, if this is the beginner level as indicated on the playlist thumbnail, I can only imagine what "regular Pilates person," workouts will be like. 🤯

I'm a 42 y/o lady that used to be able to do fast paced workouts but due to declining medical conditions I'm not able to anymore and i have lost a lot of muscle strength and have alot of joint pain so i need something that is a little slower and your videos are perfect!!!! Thank you so much for your workouts!!!!! I love your teaching style and your pace...its not too fast and not to slow and the length of all your videos are perfect! I had difficulty with this one! Leaving this comment so I can come back in 2 months and try it again to reassess :) I am a former weight training junky who, after an injury, has gotten very out of shape. I have healed but havent managed to get myself back to my former fitness level. Aiming to do one of these and one of "Jump and Jacked"'s rebounder videos 4-5 days a week to build up my conditioning and core strength.
Happy Wednesday from the freezing cold of Scotland! Day 3 done!! I'm really enjoying the sessions. I have chosen this challenge to try to lose weight, I have been doing yoga for 8 years I'm very flexible but I want to strengthen my muscles too. I'm 48. So hopefully I'm in the right direction! Day 3 done! I integrate two workouts: every other day Pilates, and body weight / resistance workouts on the other days. I see and feel a difference, though small, I feel and see it ❤

Day 3 did not start off as planned. I usually do my routine 1st thing in the morning. But I had to take my husband to the E/R. Luckily he wasn't admitted. I brought him home, got him in bed, hours later, and went to get gas in his car, but no good deed goes unpunished. I got a flat tire! So after dealing with that, I took my dog to the park for a walk, came home and completed day 3! Even though I was exhausted I was determined! Mission accomplished. 😊
Day 3- enjoyed this workout keep up the good work you keep me motivated to keep consistent with my workouts and hope to see myself through all the way the full 28 days ❤
Trying hard to stay motivated and not miss any days. Busy mum of twins in my 40s and really want to get toned and strong before it’s too late! I completed your 28 day original wall Pilates which I loved but missed many days so took me a lot longer than 1 month but I could still feel the results starting. Had a bad two weeks and not moved much and been on holiday so want to try and do this 30 day hard programme every day. Going to thumbs up after I do the work out and comment to try to stay focused. Just started with beginners Pilates. Holy Toledo, I am out of shape. Many did I sweat. I am excited to partake in the 28-day challenge to work on gaining strength and losing weight. I am hoping these workouts will be a segue into training for hiking sections of Grand Canyon.

Day 3 completed twice, sadly not walking today - it's freezing here in VT with rain, sleet and snow mixed in.....I could not agree more with other's comments re: the pace of your workouts. Love the rest breaks in between the sets/reps - it really works for me. Thanks again 😊
Day 3! I’m a 24 year old mom who’s trying to get in shape after gaining 40lbs after pregnancy and when I tell you I’m SWEATING I was thinking I was going to skip today since it’s the weekend but I had an extra 20 minutes so I pushed myself and man! I know I’m going to feel this in the morning 💪🏻
I'll be back in the morning for day 3. Wow! Your workouts are fabulous Rachel! Two days and my core feels so much stronger. . So quick, I will do them for sure. Got tired of 45 minutes a day and making small gains, still walking and stretching along with other quick workouts. Hopefully back on track. It was a LONG winter.

Day 3 and I cannot feel my legs. I used to do yoga before but I didn't enjoy it as much as I'm enjoying this routine. Even though my body is on fire, I enjoy it❤
I was lazy and missed June 1st as day one. When I thought I would start on June 2nd, I realized that I was already on day 2. I said “fudge it”, and did both yesterday. I sweated through day 3 today, but know what? I feel better! I’m 59, and lost a crapload of weight in my late 40s. Menopause hit and I was not vigilant and gained lots of it back. I used to swear by my Jillian Michaels dvds, but I really like Rachel! She’s real and makes me feel like “hey, I’m not into this, but if I’m doing this so can you”. I’m going to try. You can do anything for 28 days..
Day 3! Thought i had quad workouts in the bag since my legs are fairly strong from barn work and riding 😅😅😅, but this made me sweat in just 10 minutes lol! I feel so much better already!
DAY 3 ✅. I started getting the cramps today which makes me happy to know that IT IS doing something to my body! THANK YOU for these fun workout videos!. 🫶♥
I loved this workout. I did modify a few squat exercises for my knees. I added a band to the leg portion of the workout and I really enjoyed it with this workout.
Well back again for day 3. Oh well this is when I give up but still going strong. My therapist said I have to be happy I have achieved what I am doing and I feel I have done good. HURRAY COMPLETED DAY3.❤❤❤❤❤.Really big thing for me.

These are tough! Any of the cardio ones just do your best, take breaks if u need to, they are definitely ones u will notice progress with over time!

I loved this workout. I did modify a few squat exercises for my knees. I added a band to the leg portion of the workout and I really enjoyed it with this workout.
