What about the camera? The quality is stunning!
@Damian you are totally wrong about bigfoot their real seen two of them and so has 1000's of others its been discovered mainstream science ignores the subject due to government doesn't want the general public knowing that they exist they have been here longer than us humans they are terrifying creatures and what you captured on film was a sasquach circuling you 100% think you're self lucky that you didn't become another 411 missing persons
Never thought I'd enjoy watching someone cut firewood,.
And I was right!
Over 100 native American tribes had verbal history on "sasquatch" going back thousands of years to the beginning. Long before the European folks ever came to America. The vast majority of native American people then and now see telling a lie as a great dishonor . let's just say "there is iron in there words of life" to discount all that plus all modern sightings, foot prints, hair , scat , other dna , pics, videos, the fact that the powers that be have resently admitted ufo's are real , probably won't be long until they fess up on all they know about sasquatch. to discount all that is like sticking ones head in the sand. No sir! I have seen one on a camping trip outside of Colfax ca. They are very much real.
I love ur stove
I live in northern Arkansas about 12 miles south of the Missouri border. I love to hunt and fish well I got permission to hunt 250 acres next to the white River and it hasn't been hunted in 20 years. The land belongs to my buddies great uncle and his uncle lives in England and he gave me written permission to hunt there. Long story short my first deer hunting trip there I saw something that blew my mind it was about an 8' tall harry creature that I'd only seen documentaries about. The sun was just coming up and I had looked up the hill I was sitting on and I saw what I thought was another hunter but was to big to be a hunter. It got behind a big oak tree like it was gonna hide from me, I pulled up my 300 WM looked through my scope and that's when I saw it looking around the tree at me. It was acting curious and not threatening. I've had several encounters with it and when we bump in to each other it will usually go the other way but it will follow me as I'm leaving the woods and I don't get out of my deer stand until it's dark. It's crazy but I think it understands that I'm only there to put meat in my freezer and I'm not there to hunt it or bother it. I was in the Army for 23 years with multiple deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq and have no reason to take a life except to fill my freezer or to protect my family and friends. I'm not scared of it it's just trying to survive in a in an evermore shrinking world filled with hate. I've talked to my buddies great uncle about purchasing the 250 acres and my experiences I've had there and he said he told me that he had the same thing happened to him and he would be more than happy to sell it to me. Well I'm gonna keep it like it is and only use it to keep my freezer full and for what ever else calls that stretch of land home can stay there safe and sound. Sorry for such a long post. Keep your reviews coming they have helped me from making a bad choice.
Hell yea brother 💯 🤘 thank you for sharing your story. I grew up with them on our 40 acre property out in Whatcom County WA. Take care my guy 😎

I was camping in columbus ks.. not terribly far from there, and I heard something calling in the woods. It wasnt a dog or a coyote, i could hear dogs at the same time and could tell the difference.. i managed to catch a recording of it, but its not as full a sound as it was in person. If i were to describe it, it was like a person bellowing like a wolf.. but definitely wasnt a sound a person can make.

The Bigfoot stories I do not laugh or scoff at, they are things especially here in the Utah/Wyoming region...we cannot explain...
All over North America and South East Asia. Rock Apes (Vietnam), Yeren et cetera... There are thousands of reports and ancient folklore, there must be some truth to it, it's most likely a hominid (intelligent, has language -> Sierra Sounds) not just some primitive primate.
I'm b n r in Wyoming 1967 all my life never a sound or seen BF.. hunted spent a many time in and around foothills.. I'm not sure but it's nice stories
I live in Northwestern BC. My Dad has come across something bipedal and huge with a greying hairy back moving into the trees alongaide a trail he had just turned a corner on. Also this summer (2021) me and my dad were camping on the local river, fishing and just at nightfall, way down the shore a pair of either black clad campers dressed in identical tracksuits both with their hoods up, were walking from the rivers edge into the bushes. Or who knows what they were. There should not have been anybody else on the beach. And why would they be dressed in all black. They could really have been a female Sasquatch and her young child.
Also I'm vaccinated. First shot was very sore around the shot site. Second dose I felt odd, warm in the joints, oddly relaxed, almost sick feeling and lethargic. It passed in a day. Its been two months from my last dose (both moderna) and Ive had no noticeable side effects.
Yet no evidence what so ever. Interesting
If people only knew how many times these things have been seen they would not laugh so hard.
Words I will never put in one sentence: Something is outside, circling me but I'm tired and I'm going to sleep.
never would I say that either!!!!!!
when you live back in the mountain like that all your life, sounds of something in the forest isnt that big of a deal. Especially when you have a hunting rifle handy.
lol for real, last time i slept in a tent I was told there was a cougar seen nearby recently. had an ar with me but every little russling i heard I was wide awake lol
It would have been interesting to look for prints before you left. Whatever it was did sound bipedal from what I could hear in the video. Now I'm really curious lol!!

You know what it was. Which is what Steve from the HowtoHunt channel would say.
You know what it was.
Im glad it was uneventful though and the rest of the trip was just fine.
It certainly sounded Bipedal..maybe a Dog man,, or SABE JUVVIE? I don't feel like it was a bear..the cadence sounded like a hominid..guess we will never know..There has to be sightings..They are heard of and experienced in VA., KY, W.VA., Ohio,Ala., GA., Fla TN, MS,TX.West Coast some in N.Y., N.H.,Me.,VT. They try hard not to be seen. Our Humans pose real threat to their existence and possibly ets. Analyzing other researchers and verified accounts..
Luke is bound to meet up with one sooner or later. He has a kind heart and most SABE seem to respect this. Just remember to trust your intuition and other senses.
I was impressed how Luke jumped up like lightning ready to enter fight mode!!!Very courageous Man imho!
I doubt any animal would hang around for hours without making a vocal sound. Animals gotta eat.. they cant just stand around and watch something all day... sounds like something a "human" would do.
It was probably walking around the whole time trying to figure out where the other person was in the conversation.
Howtohunt crew RISE UP!
about to go watch one of Steve's videos next! and, you're right.
I used to hear noises in my backyard at night that would have me thinking there was a full-grown man walking through the leaves. Freaked me out the first few times I heard it. Then one night I saw the source of the noises: possums. I don't know how they manage to sound so big but they do. A single possum can make the sound of a large man somehow. ☺️
Not to scare ya but is that really possible? Dont let society dumb your senses. If you heard it it happened.
@@conan111169 Is what really possible? That the noises are made by possums?
A armadillo makes alot noise and they will circle around your camp it sound like a person walking around especially with dry leaves all over the ground it's kinda freaky because you don't see them very much other than roadkill.
@@jasonpannett1325Definitely, those can be noisy too. I've had one of those visiting my yard recently. Took my dog outside late last night and while she was doing her business I started hearing some noises. Turned out to be an armadillo a few yards/meters from where I was standing.
Low riding, they brush against all kinds of stuff. Porcupines sound HUGE.

that's funny and really cute, for some reason. :) can totally picture this really cute fluffy baby sass crawling around the forest, wondering why this crazy hooman is talking to himself. lol
Exactly.....this guy sitting there like he is in his living room....You can tell it's bipedal....and with all that stomping he continues t smile and just blow it off.... not smart!!!
You know damn well they wake up cranky and destructive if they don't get the full 8hrs. Momma knows. And no coffee either, Oh ! I would tear the roof off the cave - man!!!
My thoughts exactly.
I think I would be more afraid of a person popping out of the woods than a Bigfoot.
You clearly don’t spend a lot of time in the woods. Or know the fear of realizing a apex predator is near.
@@countpicula he’s being realistic. People are more dangerous than a fantasy creature.
@@countpicula You clearly don't spend enough time around humans.
Damn big cougars are a problem here in New Mexico .can't hardly go out hiking anymore with out running into them .I had one stalk me for nearly an half hour one time kept getting closer and closer to me then I finally made it back to my car without any problem.someday it could turn out different for someone else so you never let your guard down in the woods. And as far as Bigfoot goes the United states army corps has it listed as an endangered species all except in Texas it is legal to hunt and kill them. Looking up it's real that the government claims their existence by placing these laws on them.
You say that now but obviously you've never encountered one before or know anyone that has or maybe you don't believe they exist. I've heard from many people that have seen them that it's the most terrifying experience they've ever had in their lives and it kept some of them out of the woods for good. I'd much rather have a person pop out. Seeing something that massive walking around and it can break you in half, tear you apart?? Nah no thanks!

Crazy as it sounds, Ive been camping up here near Algonquin Park in Ontario, we have lynx up here. I imagine its close to the bobcat down where you're at. They have really really big feet for walking on the snow. Sometimes they sound like humans because when they walk they seem to walk with one front leg and one back leg landing at the same time, gives it a human like sound.
But you rarely will see one. They are curious about humans but keep distance. We thought for sure it was Sasquatch until we seen it peek its head around a tree. Once we saw it, it skittered off never to be seen again. Beautiful animal.
No, they don't walk with one front leg and one back leg landing at the same time, they walk with only one leg at a time so they sound bipedal. The order is right rear, right front, left rear, left front and they only leave bipedal like tracks because the rear leg steps in the exact same spot as the front leg.
@@kaikart123 really
Seen 5 or 6 bobcat here in CT. Chased a couple off the farm a few years ago too. They're elusive creatures!
A bobcat is a lynx. And a bobcat is 20lbs vs a sasquatch which is anywhere from 200-1000lbs and 5'-10' tall, depending on age. Unless it's a baby, which is unlikely without it's mother.
Ever had one bang on the side of your cabin above your head and play with the door knob while throwing it's shoulder into the door? Because that happened to my cabin in Bruce Mines.

Would recommend that you carry a personal locator beacon device with you if you're going to be camping in the woods alone. Love your reviews! 👍👍
Excellent advice. And a Drone too if possible...and also more people?
I never carry any 'safety' equipment when heading into the wilderness, not even maps...and definitely not a locator beacon. I value the simple fact that I'm not carrying all that crap. I don't actually want anyone to know where I am nor where I'm going. I'm exploring the unknown and tasting adventure. I seek out danger.
@@Globetrotter-1 if you value your life so little, that's on you, but don't call these things crap. a locator beacon is a smart thing and should be standard imo. so many things can happen and it's easily fixed with that one small device.
@@slXD100 if you're that fearful of dying, then simply stay in your box watching TV. I love life and have explored the wildest regions on earth across 💯 different countries. I grew up in the Adirondack mountains of upstate New York. From my father's farm if you headed west across the pasture into the forest you could walk 100 miles and only cross 2 roads. When I was 16 my best friend and I took our rifles and back packs and went out for 2 weeks. About 20 miles or so into the forest we found this little pond with fish. Our second day staying by this pond we found footprints. They were about 15 inches long and 8 inches wide at the ball of the foot. We followed them for over a mile. They went around the back side of this pond and followed a stream.
That night we heard screams...ended up spending the night 30 foot up in a big old oak tree. The next morning we left that aria and we never went that far out again.

True, once someone has seen sasquatch then they know that they ARE out there.
I'm from New Mexico, Been hunting all my life. I did experience the craziest roar.. like a lion, And then it spoke some kind of weird language and finished its roar without skipping a beat!! I guess "traveling in the woods for almost 50 years" will do that to people!
Based on Luke's recommendation I got myself the tent shown in this video and I am literally a happy camper. I like it a LOT! During my first trip it did have some condensation issues but nothing that an hour of being exposed to the sun would not solve.
I am a short but stocky guy and I had plenty of room for myself and all of my gear with room to spare.
I don't know how you can sleep so sound out in the nowhere when something is walking around your tent at night. Glad you have protection. Be safe.

What you thought was tired eyes with the shimmer and slight distortion was the stealthy invisible Sasquatch right inside your camp probably not more than 30 feet away.
That would be a good spot for a bigfoot man. That is a whole lot of nature. I like that pack and the tent. Both look pretty decent.
Anything circling your camp is cause for concern as was my experience about 30 years ago in the Rockies of Alberta Canada. Stay safe by being well armed.

Listen to people who get off the beaten paths in the woods, they have experience in their outings or adventures.
If you could tell me what could throw over 100 large rocks and small boulders into a river at 2am in a remote location, let me know. Last time I checked, bears and meth heads arent able to.
I used to live out in the PNW as a kid, the woods there are so vast its certainly believable that there's something out there. Heck, I recall hearing in the local news that 2 hikers were found dead with their heads smashed in by rocks. Could quite possibly have been the local drug farmers, but could have been something else entirely.
Man you always make epic movies of your trips... the cinematography is so good. Sorry to hear about your uncle too, I'll put you all in my prayers. Strength and honor to you, sir.
This is from a Native American well versed in the ways of Sasquatch:“...both spirit and real being, but he can also glide through the forest, like a moose with big antlers, as though the trees weren’t there.”
Someone once told me, look at how many black bears are in the woods, but how many times do you find a bear skull? I never have, all my years i been in the deep woods. Whats the chance of finding a Bigfoot skeleton? Great video Luke, thanks for sharing your adventures, i'm just getting caught up on older adventures you took :)

@@TheOutdoorGearReview Hi Luke, hope u r good and your uncle is more comfortable, was suprised that you were so relaxed with the pacing around your camp. Defo sounded bipedal to me. I'm convinced about sasquatch, not from personal experience but witness testimony and evidence such as footprints, hair and DNA analysis. Not sure if you've heard of David Paulides (CanAm Project Missing 411) but this is one of his Bigfoot presentations:

It will be that mechanic, looking for his lost pliers and metal pole?
I live in the Pacific Northwest. Most people I know that have any real time in the outdoors have had SOMETHING of an experience with these animals. Sounds are common, sightings much less so but still occur with surprising frequency...
That's because they're aren't any.
This channel is a gem. Luke can simply say "strength and honor" right after mentioning a very controversial and politically charged topic and there's literally nobody arguing and saying hateful things in the comments section. You're a legend, Luke. Awesome channel and community.
I mean as as long as he isn't saying "blood and honor", lol
Great video. Had a wolf outside my tent last time I was out camping on a mountain side here in British Columbia. Didn’t realize it until I saw the tracks in the snow when I got up. It’s all part of the experience. As far as Bigfoot goes I would have to see one to believe it but my mind is always open. I’ve spent years in the bush and still have never seen a wolverine so anything is possible. Stay safe and God Bless.
Scott I live by the coast of WA, and have met many people who have seen a Sasquatch. One friend told me he had seen a WHITE Sasquatch when he was walking home late one night. What you should do is to look up Sasquatch Chronicles, and listen to some of the peoples sightings. There are hundreds of people on there telling their story. Some may not be true, but I believe most of them. Some of them almost relive it when talking about what happened, and some of them worked for the government!
I guess that was a bipedal bear then, or if you hear banjos run like Hell.
I always wanted to hide cheap radios in the woods playing banjo music lol
No, it was Joe Biden lost again !

I'm glad someone else agrees that it sounded bipedal!!
Great video, liked seeing all the gear being used in real time. I'm in Britain, so we don't get many large animals walking round our tents apart from a fox or mouse! Which can be deadly when wounded! lol. I look forward to more of your hard work, thank you.
Thank you for sharing with us all. Always respect Mother Nature. Just yesterday I witnessed a 10 foot plus alligator catch a large soft-shelled turtle in the small pond behind my apartment complex. I live just outside of Tampa. Amazing power and speed from this ambush preditor.🙁 RESPECT.
This design has been in use for several decades.I have a tent known as the peapod .This tent is at least 40 years old and was used back in the day by a company called Ultimate equipment. Great video ATB
Really great video, can’t wait to get back into the woods once the heat here dies down. On the contrary to your point that there are too many humans for Bigfoot not to have been discovered, there have been countless records of sightings and encounters all over the world, current and those that date back to when Native Americans more freely inhabited the land. Gorillas were at first considered to be a myth until they were officially discovered. 😉
imagine the sheer wonder seeing those gorillas for the 1st time eh? 😳
@@jfrtbikgkdhjbeep9974 They must be like "OMG FUCKING BIGFOOT"
Smart girl.
Not to mention just how profoundly vast and remote much of the North American wilderness is. Most people from cities or populated areas simply can't comprehend it. Where would they hide? *SO MANY* places. Yet, there are sightings all the time, along with plenty of video recordings that, admittedly, leave much to be desired. But to anyone saying "Well why hasn't anyone found one or photographed one?", I sincerely believe that they haven't spent more than 20 minutes of their entire lives looking at the evidence that's already out there. It's really east to dismiss. I did for years and years. Now, thanks to the internet, I think there's a really good chance they're out there.
One of the best bigfoot videos I've ever seen only had 3k views in 10 years. Only video on the channel. 1 Subscriber. Would've had to be a *master* of costume making or CGI...for a video with hardly any views, no promotional stuff, no money made, and literally 2 seconds of shaky film that you have to painstakingly pause *every frame* at x0.25 speed to see the blurred detail of. I'd bet money that *the person who took the video* didn't even realize just how much detail it actually contains. You'd need to put it on a large screen and go frame by frame and back and forth, which most people are too lazy to do, because it's legitimately a hassle. You can see it lock eyes with the camera, change facial expressions, furrowing it's brow, scowl, make that apelike rounding of the lips, the whole deal, all in just 2 seconds of terrible shaky quality that looks like nothing when played at full speed. The only description was "Bigfoot caught on camera during hunting trip in Western Mass 2011", and it was 30 seconds long. All I'm saying is that hardly anyone is even looking for these videos or the evidence that's out there, and most of the ones who are never even came across it.
The video for anyone interested: ruclips.net/video/EUluNO_2Z7c/видео.html
Bigfoot at around 12-15 seconds
Again, I'd bet money most would watch this and laugh at me. I can guarantee they didn't spend the time I did going through it with a fine tooth comb on a huge computer monitor. If you don't pause EVERY FRAME while it's in view, it looks like utter crap. It just goes to show how difficult it is to video these animals. Poor lighting, deep woods, shaky amateur taking the video on a crappy camera, and an intelligent, skilled animal that's a master of its environment who plays hide and seek in the woods for a living. And then there's the fact that hardly anyone's seen it, not to mention blow it up and go frame by frame...it's no wonder people laugh at the prospect of bigfoot. If anyone actually manages to see the small details of the changes in facial expression I observed, *tell me this random no name dude faked that for 3 seconds of blurry shaky footage that he randomly posted to RUclips and promptly forgot about* ...because THAT would make ME laugh.
U're absolutely right! They are real where are u from and have u ever had an expierience?

Sorry to hear about your uncle, Luke. Will say a prayer for him, you, and your family.
This is so vastly different from my first hiking treks in the late 60's with my younger brother in Yosemite. No tents, just threw our sleeping bags on the ground. We arrived late, the line to get hiking permits long, so we just went. (Several times) We hiked up Tenaya Canyon on to Tenaya Lake. Late snows had delayed the opening of Tioga Pass and we were the only ones in the campground. Next day we hiked past Cloud's Rest and on towards Half Dome. It wasn't until the third day we began to see others, as we hiked up to the top of Half Dome and then on down to the valley.
Now I read, according to David Paulides, the largest cluster of missing people, who have hiked in and never hiked out is in Yosemite. Nowadays, at 81, not going to do too much hiking unless its on a short paved path, like to the Devil's Post Pile, which I intend to introduce my wife to next month.
Why do you have to laugh when you say Bigfoot if you don't believe then be it when you laugh you're calling all the people with incounther's crazy and that's more than a 1000's looks like you mite of lost some followers ( like me)
paulides is a sensationalist author , he was blacklisted from bigfoot research community for making up stuff
The reason a high percentage of missing people is from Yosemite is because it get the highest amount of tourist/hikers, makes sense.

Anyway, I just subscribed to your channel.
And I do enjoy it! I learned a lot about the camping gear you use, and foods that you either cook, or eat out of those interesting bags... Lol.
But on the subject of Bigfoot/ Sasquatch I'm mixed Native American, and I can tell you the elders know Bigfoot- Sasquatch to be true!, even from long ago. A Bigfoot-Sasquatch is not ape decent by No means, in fact it's been known that they have human DNA in them. And the Bigfoot- Sasquatch even have their own language. They are quite intelligent, stealthy for their size, and very fast moving if desired. They also have very heavy footfalls, and they're quite strong! they've been known to circle when they're curious, stalking, or hunting. They Pace when they're irritated or agitated.
I definitely believe in Bigfoot- Sasquatch!
And at one time I didn't even know that Bigfoot- Sasquatch even existed! Until that dreadful morning back in 1985!
My encounter with the king of the forest was horrific!
See, I was on my aunt's 10 acres of raw woodsy property in Boring Oregon while I was hiking with my four cousins one early morning back in 1985. I was 17 years of age, and had horrific experience of being chased out of the woods by this Bigfoot- Sasquatch. We all we're running like a bat out of hell, just to survive! He/she was super aggressive, not very happy that we were all were trekking around in his/her woods! To be honest with you, I believe we disturbed his/her meal ... a freshly broken neck, and two back legs of a reddish brown baby calf lying on its side, with I slit starting from it's neck all the way down to the calf's genital area... . (all the vital organs missing inside!) The baby calf wasn't even bloated yet! We must have trekked on his/her feeding ground ... that's all I can say. And this being ( the Bigfoot- Sasquatch) tracked us for 2 hours while we were on our hike I'm sure!, Because later on two of my cousins agreed with me when we felt like we were all being watched!
Long, long story short; I came face to face with this Bigfoot- Sasquatch crouching down, swaying behind a huge tree trunk on that foggy morning, while it was lightly drizzling. And looking into what seemed like a very, very dense woodsy treeline near the lake. It was not so easy to make out his features, but he/she was huge, and Hairy! He was grunting... it sounded like a horse in labor with grunts mixed within the sound. It was quite a strong sensation to identify what I was looking at...I felt this overpowering sense of dread, nauseousness, and fear like I've never known in my whole life! Especially, when this being- (Bigfoot- Sasquatch) stopped and stood straight up from his/her crotched position. And his/her yellow -Amberish eyes, that were far apart (not like us humans are) blinked at me twice ... if memory serves me right .... Was accompanied by heavy breathing mixed with grunts of what seemed like irritation and anger. Needless to say, I slowly backed away, lowering my head ... Never taking my eyes off him/her! But as soon as I was far enough from him/her, and close enough to my cousins whom said I look like I saw a ghost, (because I was white as a sheet.) I told my cousins that it wasn't safe here, and that's something was stalking us, or hunting us and we needed to get out now! Then I ran passed my cousin's like Satan himself was chasing me, with my cousins in tow after me! The Bigfoot- Sasquatch that chased us all stopped at the tree line. And my four cousins and I ended up behind the two mobile homes that were on the property ... (We were about a football field away!) Needless to say, I've never been back there!, Nor will I ever go back to my aunt's 10 acres of woodsy property in Boring Oregon! And the funny thing is, that land still remains raw, and untouched!!
That horrific morning has ruined my outdoors experience!! And the love for the outdoors activities like hiking, fishing, and camping!! Now that I know what exists in those woods ...forget it!! Considering what I do for my livelihood Luke, and I do wear a badge, ... Man alone does not scare me one single bit, like he should!! But Bigfoot- Sasquatch, that's another story!!
It's definitely a game changer!!
I respect your opinion, and I hope that you never do run into a Bigfoot-Sasquatch.
But considering that we know so little about our own planet, and what lives out in our own vast amounts of forest / woods that cover it ... Is just unsettling!!
I would just be very careful out there Luke while your filming, and bringing us all the good stuff!! Just keep an open mind! Watch your six at all times! And I don't mean for just BF, there's other Apex predators that exists in the forest/woods, which I'm sure you're well aware of.
I wish you the Best!!
Thanks again for sharing all the information and testing out all that equipment and your knowledge Luke!! 👍👍

I loved the music at the end. Sounds like real mountain music.
I do not believe in Big Foot.
A few years ago me and my lady were coming home from Washington State. We were in the Mt. Shasta area and I was driving 70 miles an hour. All of a sudden we heard a really loud scream. It literally sounded like the scream was outside the passenger window. The best I can describe the scream was that of a really large mountain lion but I know it wasn't a mountain lion. We both looked at each other and I started driving 80 miles an hour. A few minutes later we heard that scream again sounded like it was right outside the window again. We didn't see anything but I am sure it was a bigfoot. It literally sounded like whatever it was had a bullhorn because the scream was really loud. Shasta has had several bigfoot encounters.
