    Thank you for posting this. I had the hardest time with the starfish pose and those which involve floating and kicking. Just shows where I need to work and I’m thankful there is aqua fitness because I can’t do a lot of weight bearing exercises that impact my joints on the land.

    Absolutely loved using my ankle weights! I definitely felt the resistance & felt awesome afterwards!🙌🏾 Will definitely incorporate them in my routine.❤️

    Yes, you were the first person I thought of when I got out of bed today! 😂😂😂 My ankle weights arrived yesterday…this is a killer workout! Loved it! And, I am sure I gave the lifeguard a chuckle when I attempted starfish on my belly and my face completely submerged! 🤣

    Love this. Had the hardest time with starfish on back.... Not graceful at all... But loved this whole workout thank you. Dealing with some rough things emotionally and mentally so had to force myself out today. So glad I did.

    Question, I had thumb joint replacement surgery and right now I cannot physically or weight on it as in holding onto sides of pool and jumping ... Any suggestions what I should do instead?

    Hi! I’ve been wanting to add the resistance on my ankles & wrists. How much do ur resistance ankle weights weigh in this video? The page of swim outlet u posted on 9/9/2022 was heavy buoyancy aqua cuffs. I don’t know I should get ankle weights (how much weight to do ur exercise in the video) or buoyancy aqua cuffs ( heavy or medium? Medium feels like water dumbbell that kind?) Aqua cuff could be used on on wrists and feet? Could u please give me some advices? Thank you!

      These do not weight anything. The heavy or medium means how much resistance they give. I am using heavy ones ( black )
