    Here is highly requested Part 4 of our High Intensity Aqua Workouts series.
    Make sure you go to my PLAYLISTS : Exercises in the water: and find Parts: 1-4 that are already there!
    This is full hour workout. No equipment needed, but you can incorporate AQUA GLOVES to take it to the next level.
    9 ROUNDS: each round has 2 exercises. First Aqua SPRINT, SECOND WILL BE DIFFERENT IN EACH ROUND ( you vs water resistance) . Let's alternate those 2 for 30 sec each, and repeat the whole process 4 times in each round.
    DO NOT miss cool down! I have something very special for you today ;-)

    Amazing help. I’m recovering from a spinal surgery that was unsuccessful and caused many complications. However , once I was allowed to work out in water you have been my fitness goddess . Thank you and maybe add some more recovery exercises for former athletes that are aimed at former athletes ( non professional) that are injured and can only recuperate certain muscles in the water.

    I have been doing your workouts in my pool for the last three weeks and LOVE them! Every single one has been great. This one in particular was the best cardio for sure. I wore gloves to do it for a little extra challenge as you say. Keep them coming!!

    I truly love this video. I love the tempo , the sprints in between and the cool down is sensational I have been exercising my whole life and enjoyed this workout the most. I also taught Yoga and really got into the relaxing part at the end. !! WOW cannot wait for the next hour + video.

    I think this workout was not only awesome but fantastic. I used my dumbbells some of the time when we did water sprints. Next time, I will use my water gloves. THANK YOU FOR THESE WORKOUTS. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

    Hi there I thoroughly enjoyed the first 40 mins but I was so exhausted I had to stop. I want to do the next 40 mins tomorrow. Thank you for this energetic workout in the pool. I love it that you started from the warm up and did the exercises with us each step of the way. I look forward to when I can do the whole video from start to finish

    Did 45 minutes and then the rain started. Can’t wait until rainy season is over. Great workout wish I could have finished. Until tomorrow, I hope. Rained yesterday after 20 minutes.

    Great workout. I would love some equipment to be incorporated. How about a booty band and ankle weights? I enjoyed the high intensity and felt my heart rate up during the sprints. Good fully body workout. Keep the videos coming!

    Loved this fantastic workout. I used my water gloves. The slowdown is wonderful. I hope you will do a deep water routine. Not sure about one with water weights. I am concerned about a knee problem since I have bone on bone on one knee although I am able to do all exercises. Thank you for these videos. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

    I love your aqua workouts and this one was no exception BUT all the sprints caused irritation to my nipples. I guess it’s probably best to wear a sports bra opposed to a bathing suit? Can you recommend a more supportive bathing suit that would prevent this? Also, my Fitbit calculated 260 calories. Seems super low compared to the 800 claimed for this workout and for the length of time and hard work out. I was working out pretty hard too. Thanks in advance for your response/advice/suggestions.

      I Like to do Water aerobic wearing regular fitness clothes not swimming suites.
      As far as calories burned… it is individual how much each if us will burn. Watches are not very accurate especially in the water
