Thanks for answering and clarification! I have a Tillotson I'm about to build and was going to use the Tillotson flywheel on a predator instead of the Cast I was debating on purchasing. So glad I asked! Again Thanks!!!
@Black66 so I know you're take on the Tillotson flywheel....but is that a 1 time incident or are they known for this?
Also....I have another Tillotson that I'm going to leave stock (except for a mikuni 22mm and F&B header) I really want to do a governor delete. Do you think the stock flywheel will do? And will the cast flywheel work with a Tillotson 212e? All the ones I find say for non-hemi
TIA
@@mickrussell7198 Anything with a glued on magnet isn't reccomend for high performance use. I have heard of Predator wheels coming apart , never witnessed it myself.
For as inexpensive as the 8k cast wheel is , might as well be on the safe side and at least go with that wheel or better yet a billet wheel.
There is no way to guareentee that the wheel coming apart is an isolated incident.
@Black66 can you send me a link for a cast flywheel that is compatible with the Tillotson 212e (preferably from Amazon I can't find any) ? All the ones I see say non-hemi.
Thanks for the help! LOVE THE CHANNEL!
What starter cup should I use for a billet flywheel with 2 holes
Use a light and check the timing🤔 or recheck with a stock key
Hey, I have a 224 Predator, 26 lbs springs, billet rod and flywheel. Wha jets should I use in my carb
I usually start out with a 120 main or so in a VM22. Jetting is different depending on mods and elevation etc. Look at the plug after riding for w while. If it's got that light tan/grey color it's running good.
Wassup, I order a banzai 265 camm and 26 lb springs, billet rod and the flywheel you have on your 224 for my 224 and I am building it rn!
What do you do with all of those mini bikes?
I sell some from time to time. I probably will give some away on the channel at some point.

WooHoo
does it hav e magnets for charging coils
No, it doesn't.
Is this flywheel safe? For high speed runs ?
It's rated for 10k RPM. Not as good a billet flywheel but it is better than the stock flywheel IMO.
Is there room for a charging system with this flywheel?
No, it doesn't have the magnets for the charging coils.
Insane I love it
I just bought this same flywheel and it says it comes with the rare earth magnet. HIGH PERFORMANCE
Combine with high-strength multi-area rare earth magnets to produce stronger, longer lasting spark.
What about a gap for a 196cc Coleman ct200U ex coil cap ?
If there was a flywheel that had the weight of a stock flywheel and the safety of billet that would be awesome. Maintain the torque bur still be able to hit the high rpms!
Is this safer than cast iron ?
whats that exhaust you have and where can i purchase it?
Center exhaust from GoPowerSports
@@Black66 its for the 224 right i only see one on go power sports but it says 212 i dont want to get the wrong one by accident
which pvl flywheel fits predator ghost
Same one. It will fit the Ghost . I have also used it on a standard Predator even though it has a clone taper. You just have to make sure you lap the flywheel in.
@@Black66 thank you
Will this flywheel fit a 212 predator?
Yes, it has a clone taper but I have use it on a 212 without a problem as long as you lap it in.
@@Black66 Thank you.
I installed the billet but didnt hold the crank down now ots hard to turn and when i put everything back on and pull the start it pulls the back tire and my crank
Will this fit the 212cc predator non hemi ?
I have used it on a non Hemi with some lapping. Check the link in the description for the applications.
@@Black66 what’s that for ?
What app you use for to know the mph
I use a Dragy performance meter. I also use digiHUD on the phone.
Why do you need to gap the coil
