- Welcome to Day Two of #JOURNEY2YOU. Today we are RELEASING. Working on releasing all that negative energy that no longer serves our highest selves. There will be two opportunities to let go in these ten days and this is the first one. So really surrender and remind yourself IT IS SAFE TO LET GO.
This is a 20 minute yoga flow for all levels from beginners to more advanced yogis. We are all in this together and using each moment to reconnect and peel back the layers to find our truest selves.

Did today‘s flow with my daughter this morning. We loved it. Today‘s mantra was repeating in my head over and over throughout the day. So helpful!
Day 2 done for me! When I said my first It's safe for me to let go, I felt tears in my eyes. I've been to a lot of pain and I had to finally let it go. Let go the tension and those blocks.. let go all the pain from my heart and mo body. Thank you so much! ❤
You always seem to know what needs to be focussed on! I am letting go of the lack of trust in myself and focussing on how much my mind and body guide me in the right direction both physically with yoga and mentally! Ah amazing - my backpack does seem lighter, thank you!!
Day 2 done - didn’t expect to cry as I let go of the extreme pressure I put on myself to be everything for everyone perfectly. It’s safe for me to let go. Thank you Jen 💙

This flow was definitely what I needed. Letting go after a few weird weeks was so refreshing. This journey to myself is really helping me work through my problems and show up as the best version of myself. So happy yay☺️

Committed to this challenge. Found a small bit of space in our airport hotel room to practice as we wait to fly back to the UK. Love the mantra "it's safe to let go" keeping that with me moving forward 💕

I enjoyed this flow so much! Today has been a stressful day and I have been struggling with my eating habits. Releasing those feelings of frustration and discomfort felt freeing 🧘🏼♀️

doing this after my run today - definitely hurt a bit in certain poses, but it was very needed 🙌🏼 also the mantra "it's safe for me to let go" was definitely something i needed to hear today, so glad I'm doing this challenge 🥰

''It is safe for me to let go'' what an amazing mantra Jen, when you start repeating this, I couldn't stop myself crying... and after bowing my head, I felt the relaxedness and in my shoulders. I believe, doing these flows as first thing in the morning would change my sense about the day ahead of me and todays theme is letting go, I will try to remind it myself all day... Day two done! I was so exited for day two since yesterday! Those flows are definitely already settling down in my morning routine ☀️ I feel lighter and more open to start the day and end the week after this flow, it was sooo good 🥰 Thank you for this class and see you tomorrow on the mat! 💫 ( soo happy that you are posting a new video everyday, kind of done all your previews flow by now 😅)

Was waiting for 7 am since I opened eyes at 5 am. Jumped on completing the Release session before I head out in the city for work meetings. Never was so motivated to squeeze in 20 min of Yoga within morning-getting-ready time :).
I love extending my practice a little with these along my balance program.
Day 2 ☑
Did this before going to bed as I've been sleeping badly lately due to stress. I feel so relaxed now tho both my mind and body. Feeling ready to cuddle with my bed now and get a good quality sleep that my body needs. 🙏🏼

I meant to do this in the morning but I was called into work and it was quite stressful and the intention I set was to let go of the stress I felt from work. I'm so happy that I made it on to the mat even though it's about 10pm here. I absolutely feel the difference!

Day 2 ✔ It's been a really stressful and draining couple of weeks because of uni and I'm glad I still managed to squeeze in 20 minutes for this routine. I felt myself being reminded to not be so hard on myself and it's okay to take a breather once in a while.
This mantra really helped me today. I will implement it from now on in my day to day✨

Beautiful stretches with this one! My spine definitely released loudly in the beginning, lol! This was my rest day from the Melissa Commit program and it felt so good. It helped get rid of some anxiety i've been carrying for a few weeks.

Loved the theme and i like the moves. I’ve never done some of them ( the first knee up to the side one and something else from the beginning). Got a really good stretch in my back and hips. Loved it.
