That intro was fire, theres not many new comments on these videos so hopefully me watching all of them reignites the algorithm! Thankyou for your insanely wide range of knowledge you are willing to teach us
Great video! I'm a woodworker but I've been trying to learn welding and fab. I've been through a lot of videos--this was by far the best one--easy to understand and thorough.
Thank you for these videos!! I am trying to learn something about welding, as I need it both for myself and for my work. That is why I got to thank you and others like you that spend your precious time and other own recourses to teach us so many things!! Again: 1000 thanks. God Bless You All
Great video series, Sir. As someone who is starting out, I really appreciate your time and effort. I plan to make a few things around the house and these are really helpful.
Great job over emphasizing the process. It was good reinforcement for someone like me who was recovering from a head injury and needed to clear the cob webs. Keep it up!
Nice Job! Very basic and to the point for the DIY weekend Garager. When I started in Fab, my garage was my church!!! lol... I couldn't wait till the weekend to get in there and continue working on my projects. Such a sense of Freedom, accomplishment and pride!
Amazing video! The Fabricator's work includes the establishment and make of a scope of metallic frameworks to incorporate weight vessels, tank and evaporator make, auxiliary steel frameworks, plate steel frameworks and channeling frameworks. If you looking for any kind of help so you can suggest this association address. (goo.gl/1zHBEN)
TIG produces, without a doubt, the overall highest-quality welds around of the 5 major welding processes (oxyacetylene, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and flux core arc welding). Food grade stainless piping, commonly used in commercial pharmaceutical, sanitation and other industries requiring special alloy bonds. These include stainless steel, in addition to nonferrous metallic compounds such as nickel, cobalt, aluminum, magnesium and copper to name a few. It also has no fume emissions or slag/spatter.
Do u have any videos on how to install and fabricate horse corrals??! id love to learn some basics!!!! i live out in the country and there is alot of potential for welding and fabrication.
As long as your welding skills are up to par, you got full penetration on the weld, so after the grinding, you still have a weld that is as deep as the base metal, and therefore equally as strong.
Thanks so much for creating this series! I am a welder student and about to certify in two days, and I know a bunch of things of welding, but needed this info in cutting... The industry requires it a lot!! Thanks so much, expecting more videos like this !!!
man you are awesome , I got inspired to start doing this ,can I start to make little projects with a little welder from arbor freight ,like a 70 amp stick welder ,thanks sebastian
Dont use those welders, I have one and it barely even keeps the arc, I have to use the smallest sticks and because theyre so small as soon as they stick they get hot and turn into noodles and then you can use them anymore. Try the 130-140 amp Decent brand machines. I got a Lincoln 140 Mig welder for light duty welding and its been the best thing ever. Runs on 120V
Looks simple enough. I went to my garage and blew holes for about an hour. I lowered my amps now the welds won’t stick. I wish there was a video that would help the beginners on how to start from the beginning. I need to learn my ABCs before I can read a book.
That's a really useful method. I like it, but it also eats a lot of you're time. Here's what i would do instead of using so many clamps and time. Get as even as possible by eye balling it, then place a small tack on each corner, then square it off with the measuring tape. Then... you get the idea. Great vid
Looks like inch and 3/4 line. Forestry line is usually one inch weeping hose so the camera could be playing a trick on my eyes. Those look like MSA brand SCBA's. Curious how he fills his bottles and hydros his bottles.
Something funny. You can try this and see fir your self. I turned the this video down to 0.75 playback speed and it actually seems like it brings it down to a normal speed. His voice sounds normal and the actual video plays normal. Then put it back to normal speed amd it seems like its speed up 1.25 x normal speed. Haha lol. You to can play at home.
lol y did u jump at the end when the spider fell lol o and by the way i just painted my savage 7 mag and i used ur technique it cam out great kinda made it look digital
Don't mean to be disagreeable, ProRancher, but it is possible to have a rectangle with all angles being 90 degrees, two opposite sides being 5 inches, the two other sides being 12 inches, and the diagonals both being 13 inches. The diagonals would be equal and the angles would be square but the figure would not be a square. Have I misunderstood your statement? I know you don't make mistakes like that so I may have just misunderstood you.
I am starting out in welding and I'm not sure what kind of welder to get. I want to be able to fix small farm tractors and do some farm equipment and other stuff from scratch. Should I get a mig or stick?
pretty cool style nice antics with the spider perhaps a bit more depth into the process of what your doing, altogether 4 star out of 5 for a first impression viewer im a newby really getting into welding as a career and im learning a lot from youtube, god bless the youtubers and thanks for making this content where would the world be without you
Again, I'm brand new to this stuff, and this video is EXACTLY what I have been trying to find. I just need to see how something is done to get me started. I'm not expecting to be working on a skyscraper next week.
Nice Video. I just have a comment. Just checking the diagonal length is not enough. Having the same length means that you have a rhombus not a square. Check the 90 degree corners to make sure they are still 90 degrees.
Scba's . . Nice being prepared. The fire hose you used. Is that running off the house water? Or maybe your on well water?. What's it take to run that ....2" line???? What's your setup for that. Got me thinking. I'll probably get arrested now, when the city catches me wet tapping the 10" main under the road. .lol. I got to take welding class also.
The old "vice to the angle trick" OK.. I learned something today. My Dewalt drop saw never gave me exact cuts. I put it down to the wheel and vibration but deep down knew it was the Junky angle adjustment that has so much play in it. . Thank you. I'll do it from now on. A big thumbs up.. The penny dropped down in the land of oz with that simple piece of advice
Hi, how do you remove the black residues on carbon steel before painting? With a hammer, torch, grinder or what? Is cleaning the steel really crucial? How long can the paint last when it's put on the raw, ungrinded carbon steel?
LOL Two fingers up very cool used to seeing two thumbs up nice change. good video not boring looking for more of yours as I am just starting to weld. THX !!!!
damn this is a very helpful video i learn something :) I'm not a welder but im trying to learn to get a job :) keep uploading new videos so i can learn more
Aloha ProRancher! Is it possible to take galvanized pipe and shape it into a rectangular shape? I need to run pipe into a cyclone filter (hot gas) so the intake needs to conform in order for it to work the best.
very nice video wish I could have heard what type of welder you were using. if I can find out how to weld very thin metal using a household plug, I am golden. thanks for the videos sir.
I subscribed right after the first video in this series. I have to say that it’s pretty good, and I’ve watched a few hundred welding and fab videos since I decided to get back into welding. Very concise. Well spoken, with no “um, uh, er”, etc. No cursing or stupid AveE language. I’m grateful for that.
Well nice to see a Makita angle grinder but violating that table really isnt very professional. A worker should always take care of his tools an everything...
I like this series, make more! I'm planning on building a custom desk frame here in a bit and yours is the first series I've found that shows practical builds instead of just making pretty welds [or worse yet - people showing welding that have NO idea what they're doing]
That intro was fire, theres not many new comments on these videos so hopefully me watching all of them reignites the algorithm! Thankyou for your insanely wide range of knowledge you are willing to teach us
Nice looking spider :)
awesome vid
nice job man
brilliant vids!
and spider is the reason there isnt a 3rd video to the series.... I liked that guy =/
Itachi Uchiha didn’t know you were learning metal style jiutsu
Honestly I am subscribing for that intro, staying for the content
They all must be ventriloquists. Their lips didn't move.
Great video! I'm a woodworker but I've been trying to learn welding and fab. I've been through a lot of videos--this was by far the best one--easy to understand and thorough.
InstaBlaster...
Man you can build a bridge , you probably already did.
Great vid man......
Thank you for these videos!! I am trying to learn something about welding, as I need it both for myself and for my work. That is why I got to thank you and others like you that spend your precious time and other own recourses to teach us so many things!! Again: 1000 thanks. God Bless You All
As an Australian, I didn't even notice the giant ass spider on him. I'm just so used to seeing giant ass spiders on everything. .__.
Thank you for that information.
Australia is now off my list of places to visit.
Hey, same here. Aussie Aussie Aussie xD
Great video series, Sir. As someone who is starting out, I really appreciate your time and effort. I plan to make a few things around the house and these are really helpful.
Cool! But damn man..... no more spiders!!! LOL!!!
That combination square trick was sweet! I have a saw like that but could never figure out where to line up the cut.
Great job over emphasizing the process. It was good reinforcement for someone like me who was recovering from a head injury and needed to clear the cob webs.
Keep it up!
Not only are your videos great for instructional purposes, but the intros (and endings) I've seen are entertaining, even downright hilarious! Thanks.
Nice Job! Very basic and to the point for the DIY weekend Garager. When I started in Fab, my garage was my church!!! lol... I couldn't wait till the weekend to get in there and continue working on my projects. Such a sense of Freedom, accomplishment and pride!

This is a great series. I've learned a lot and will definitely apply your lessons the next time I use my everlast welder.
Awesome video! Feels like I want to give it a go with welding now.
that was pretty cool, I am looking into welding and this video gives me a good idea of what to expect. thanks for sharing this
I just started welding school not completely knowing what I was getting into. Seeing what's possible has me very excited to start learning. Great vid!
Where's the guard off your grinder? If you're teaching beginners you shouldn't be showing them dangerous practices.
TIG produces, without a doubt, the overall highest-quality welds around of the 5 major welding processes (oxyacetylene, SMAW, GMAW, GTAW and flux core arc welding). I thought it was your mic at the end. 😲 I hate you! New subscriber... don't do that again... I hate spiders.
Do u have any videos on how to install and fabricate horse corrals??! id love to learn some basics!!!! i live out in the country and there is alot of potential for welding and fabrication.
When you grind off the weld to flatten out the material for finish, don't you lose the strength ?
As long as your welding skills are up to par, you got full penetration on the weld, so after the grinding, you still have a weld that is as deep as the base metal, and therefore equally as strong.
Excellent info, thankyou. 👌🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.
I'm in trade school learning welding, my goal is to go into fabrication. I appreciate these informative videos,
TorTorTalks all you need to learn that stuff is RUclips bro.
@@Kfjsb668 feedback is useful, though.
I know it would be harder and may not be as perfect but can you just use a grinder to cut it instead of one of them saws?
What a great video. Wish you were my instructor! I start my cert class this August , going in green as can be
Great video! Very clear and top quality information. I appreciate the help very much.
Great videos for raw beginners and someone like me who needs reminding of the basics.
Thanks.
Love the animals talking about welding.
Cool spider. What type of welders do you have. I know you have mig and arc, what brand and model?
Thanks so much for creating this series! I am a welder student and about to certify in two days, and I know a bunch of things of welding, but needed this info in cutting... The industry requires it a lot!! Thanks so much, expecting more videos like this !!!
GREAT VID - but PLEASE SLOW DOWN just a little.
it was all good till you brought out the dam spider, I hate them fuckers. Nice vid!
What if u don't have that long clamp? How do i square it then?
I'm from Michigan and that's a big fuckin spider!
No offence, but your welds look terrible. But hey, thats what grinders are for :D
Why did you take the time to do the layout on the table and then not use it to actually layout your part?
So many sacrifice just for intro🦌🐐🐏🦛🦧🐒🐣
thanx nice video.was that a pet spider or was it walking around in ur garage?
No beveled corners? why you no increase surrrrface area for weld?
8:50 - i was like WTF
Giant freaking spider... unsub, unsub!!!
love the spider cameo
Straight forward and to the point, wonderful!
man you are awesome , I got inspired to start doing this ,can I start to make little projects with a little welder from arbor freight ,like a 70 amp stick welder ,thanks sebastian

My wife HATES your tarantula!!!

“Fabricator series”
Search that and go to the very beginning. Be patient and try your best. All will come with time my friend. God bless
Dope video thanks for the knowledge 🔥
That's a really useful method. I like it, but it also eats a lot of you're time.

The Pro Rancher....and the Pro Tarantula.
What's the name of that machine that you built a trailer for? You mention it at 8:19 I couldn't quite get the name of it.
He calls it a "Clay thrower", for skeet shooting. He doesn't say the brand or model if thats what you were looking for.
Jonathan Avery Thanks, just wondering what it was.
Dame kids left the spider out again!
very nice vid, one question, what type of disk you use to polish the weldings? cheers!
flap disk
Please share link to part 3 .. thanks 👍
Damn, that's the squarest square I've ever seen.
enjoyed the video. just be careful with the spider. even a short fall can really hurt them, from that high it would most likely die.
good, kill it! That thing is gross.
Looks like inch and 3/4 line. Forestry line is usually one inch weeping hose so the camera could be playing a trick on my eyes. Those look like MSA brand SCBA's. Curious how he fills his bottles and hydros his bottles.
Awwww attack of the giant spider
Just a random ass spider?......lol!..........
Something funny.
You can try this and see fir your self.

What a great helpful guide for a beginner. Thanks for doing this!
Good video, man. I am getting ready to make a tailgate ramp for a utility trailer using this type of fabrication.

very informative and well explained - thank you.

Pls Use proper welding safety gear like gloves and glasses , you may be giving the wrong idea to beginners watching this.thanks
Was that Spider or crab

Am fast and perfect. ..... anyway it's was perfect but a little bit slow. ... but I still love it
GD AB maybe because he was teaching us he’s not going to go fast
lil Butts u right
Aloha ProRancher! Is it possible to take galvanized pipe and shape it into a rectangular shape? I need to run pipe into a cyclone filter (hot gas) so the intake needs to conform in order for it to work the best.
This would have been a great video to show my welding students... Except... They pointed you're not wearing your PPE!
Slag is what's left on top of the weld after flux core welding or stick welding, all you gotta do is take it off with oyur chipping hammer
which country are you sir?
very nice video wish I could have heard what type of welder you were using. if I can find out how to weld very thin metal using a household plug, I am golden. thanks for the videos sir.
You have great educational welding videos. Your a very good teacher. very clear and straight to the point. thanks
I appreciate the video man I would love more fabrication videos from you I'm in school for welding but they dont show you any fabrication
Did you really feel it was necessary to give the finger to your viewers? Tacky.
daeljuma wow really?

Forgot to mention remember the blade thickness don't pout the blade in the center of the cut, some don't think about that.
