Incredible video. Thanks so much for putting your stuff on RUclips for us. The level of detail you put into your instruction really resonates with me as a nerd who needs to know the exact details rather than just "feels." Please keep them coming.
Really, really enjoy and appreciate your videos. Glad you're going to be doing more on a regular basis. The "Shorts", although many are good, often leave a lot to be desired. Bottom line on this video (for me): Going back Club (shaft) is parallel to the sagittal plane from address to roughly P3. Coming down, through impact, the club (shaft) becomes and stays parallel (or just short of parallel) to the coronal plane. AND lag is the clubhead actually staying closer to the coronal plane than the grip as far into the down move as possible (or reasonable). Lag really is more of an "around" idea than an "up and down" idea! Just the way I'm "mapping it", of course, I could be wrong!!! Thanks again, Keep 'em coming!!!
This is gold!!! I tried this and it resulted in the best ball striking I’ve ever been able to muster. Thank you so much for this content! I feel like I’m swinging like Jack Knapp.
Hahahaha oh man! That would be fun! Currently we do have an online academy called X Factor Golf that could serve as your current book until we put pencil to paper 🤷♂️ appreciate the kind words!!
I would love to see a video on this: In the past, I believe you referred to transitioning the “new” movement into our “sensory“. It is simple for me to stand over the ball and really hit these club-movement-positions, but when it comes down to actually striking the ball, those new feels become MUCH more difficult to implement. What is the best way to overcome this?
I would simply suggest full range of motion 4 second swings. Keep it dynamic and no stopping but that will allow you to implement both movement AND sequence while maintaining dynamics. Much closer to actual swings than freezer exercises!
What a brilliant explanation. It explains exactly what I’ve been doing wrong. It’s a different type of release. I’ve gotten it sometimes accidentally and I’d be like OMG how did I do that but this has shown me exactly how I did! Thank you 👍
Happy New Year! People like me that are working on the change you just described (hands/handle currently moving out and away from the body to get to contact versus "around") have a significant mental ajustment to make. Your "preferred method" and review of it, clearly maps out the steps required to make this change. THANKS!
I'm getting these concepts now but for a long time the key missing piece to make what looked like "whacky left arm action" actually work and not be a weak manipulation swing was *hip depth*. I knew about importance of hip depth but I had to get good at doing that with good footwork and weight shift timing before the torso focus you teach started really clicking. Thanks!
You may have just cracked golf for me, I have just tried this on a simulator and it works fantastic. The feeling for me in the back swing is to try to raise my hands up to my forehead and the same thing at the end on the through swing. If I want a bit of extra zip on the ball I just add a slight bit of right arm pronation and start the ball slightly more out to the right. Brilliant job.
@@elitegolfschools I just took this to the course today and I am thrilled how I hit the ball. It has taken all the frustration and confusion out of the game. Thanks again.

@@desano1975 dude, that’s amazing and thank you! No apology needed at all however. So kind of you to continue to watch and hear us out. We appreciate it greatly and please ask any questions you may have in regard to the golf swing, your game, or these videos ❤️❤️
Exceptional content! Approximately 8 months ago, you released another video entitled, “how to release the golf club”. (That was awesome as well). In that video, you talked about having a lead hip pivot (like Rory) or a trail hip pivot (like Hovland). when releasing the club. This was a concept that really stuck with me…do you teach your students either option? If you could expand/offer more of your knowledge on this concept, i think it would help many viewers. Thank you for taking the time in doing these videos. Absolutely fantastic! JB
@@jeffreybell9231 definitely prefer trail hip pivots for many different reasons… probably can smell that all over me lol! But it’s not exclusively this way… a few outliers!
Riley - When you are demonstrating the Elite method you often show the clubhead coming through the impact zone with the clubhead 6 to 12 inches above the ball. What do you change to bring the clubhead through at ball level? Does the clubhead slide farther down the coronal plane? Do you side bend more? Or?? Thanks, Tom
Love this Riley. What drills would you recommend to practice this lowering on the coronal plane + rotation to square the face? Thank you so much, have learned so much from you guys
The most insanely delish nuggets. I enjoy the passion and dedication to this crazy and challenging game. Thank you, you make the game more enjoyable. Been working on my lower body mechanics and this is what I needed. I wish you could have a session on how to relax your shoulders to feel the stretch to facilitate the seamless plain changes on the journey to release that energy
@elitegolfschools thx! I've been trying to understand when and where to feel the pressure in the ground. Very difficult feel for someone who never really thought about the concept. I understand the concept but implementing it has been difficult
Great stuff! Life long early extender! I needed this 30 years ago. 4-6 floating handicap here. Some mobility limits. Any recommended drills to try to move from a “Rose to Hovland”.
Yes for sure!! And we have a bunch of drills and exercises on here AND on our online program called X Factor. The website is listed in a link in our bio if you’re interested in taking a look 🙏
Love this content. Quick question, previously you have said that the club face should be parallel to the spine angle at about P6. On the video it looks like it is pointing more like straight up. Could you clarify this for me please. You are transforming the way I strike the ball! Thanks so much.
Firstly, you are an incredible communicator and I can't walk away from any of your talks without running off and grabbing a club. True talent as a presenter and instructor. Secondly, this reminds me quite a bit of Scott Cowx's "Cobra" pattern, or the hackmotion Option B type of pattern. I've played around with this pattern in the past, but have struggled with releasing the club or getting stuck in this pattern. What is the preferred grip matchup you would like to see with this action? Any particular setup pieces you view as non-negotiable to support this pattern? Whenever I've gone down this path, I end up with excessive flexion in my lead hand through impact, things get way too delofted, speed dips, and the amount of clearance I need to create in my lower body seems unsustainable. Big time stuck and strain on the trail shoulder in how external I seemingly needed to get, and the club just wouldn't release. Like the geometry just doesn't want to add up and I couldn't find the feels to make it function. I've gone down the biomechanics rabbit hole, and I naturally have a more on top fold pattern that likes to get behind the midline and punch out. Very long arms in relation to the rest of my body. Is this pattern just potentially poison for someone like me? I understand you have preference for this pattern, but who shouldn't move towards this pattern?
@@mp-illustration these are EXCELLENT questions! Every question really relates back to the type of pivot that is needed with this type of release… need to shove that pivot into your trail hip! Also, only way to get stuck is to move the trail arm into the posterior. As long as the trail arm adducts and is actively moving across the body. Would really look at getting that trail arm across and shooting out of the chest as you pivot appropriately! This is the main preference in our pattern as well 🙏
@@elitegolfschools Really appreciate the reply! When you say shove it into that trail hip, are you referring to that feel of squeezing the ball like I've seen you demonstrate in some videos? As I understand it, that sort of presets the pivot to then work the tailbone back and around to meet the needs of that lead arm coming more off of the body? I think I can see where I was going wrong then with my arm structure. Given my propensity to fold my trail arm a bit behind, I probably wasn't getting my arm structure high enough to support the more outward forces or adducting the trail arm as a whole enough. I think the trail arm was just rotating externally and collapsing narrowly all things combined. Just playing around with adduction of the whole trail arm complex with a club real quick made some things click.
Great video thank you. Is this the same as angular force? Personally I have to actively feel my right wrist supinate during transition and then after that I just turn with my chest and shoulders and the club whips through the zone. Oddly I don’t even feel a release and the ball is flying off the face. Incredible. How do you draw the ball with this release pattern without turning over the wrists? Thanks again this is an awesome feel coming from a dropper of the arms on the downswing.
Angular is not described here even though it will absolutely show up. It comes directly from the players ability to rotate the chest which is why the preferred pattern is preferred lol To draw it need the clubhead deeper by p6, from there very similar pattern forward 👍
Trippy as heck. Explains why the shot dispersion of my old swing could be all over the place on any given day. Does pelvic drop help push hands out in front, and if so what is timing of that move? Thanks for getting back to these longer vids.
Pelvic drop does help just because it provides room for the arms to swing across the trunk. The swivel action of the pelvis and the active arm action also helps to organize the arms relative to the chest! All good things!!
Another outstanding video Riley.. on the release , I think of that video of a student of yours where you had your club shaft in front of his hands and drilled him not to hit your hands . It was around following the chest , not releasing or flipping the club out front . I love this video . Thank you kindly
Yes! That one had some very interesting comments associated with it and I think that is because a lot of folks don’t understand the reasons why that is important! Fun to work through these concepts with you!!
Really enlightening! Thanks a lot for that explanation on the difference. Have a question though, where would you put Colin Morikawas swing/release? Looks like he lowers but also has a seriously stable clubface in the releae 🤔
I have learned so much from you, but really having a problem applying this to the 3 wood of the deck. Can you please address the difference in the swing with the woods. Thanks
This preferred release pattern is just gold. Been doing it a while (since your video about not lowering the lead hand in release) and it's just too easy. Like no active release but powerful passive release
Thank-You for this transparent comparison of the two swing concepts. I think the arguments for the rotational swing are very convincing, but it is not easy to switch from the old pattern to the new pattern, because there is no continuous transition between the two swing concepts. In addition the rotational swing needs a certain degree of athletics. Do You know who has invented and decribed this rotational swing concept for the first time ? Do the two swing concepts have golf scientific names ?
Great deep questions and thoughts! And you are correct. First, haven’t heard anything scientific but there’s a trend that I don’t agree with which is the ‘modern swing’. It’s BS because so many players in history have swing this way… Hogan, Trevino, Knudsen, etc. also hear hitters vs swingers as well as the ‘rotational’ swing… anyhow, no clue what to call it other than taking a look at the spectrum of high level players and it’s pretty deep (I.e. Scheffler compared to Min Woo). Very different athletes
This is another great video and thank you. l had been following/watching you guys and to me what you guys are teaching in theory it's like David Duval's swing and that is probably the best swing to me because l do accidently do it but not sure how lol. l am a confused/stuck on a sling/throw type as on now. Even what you are explaining l probably can apply it to a "push feel swing". When l do the "push feel swing" it feels as my right shoulder (trail) is doing the power as it anchors the hands etc through the swing. Thanks a lot looking forward to some more videos this year and happy new year.
@@sepetisionelatu5539 happy new year to you as well and thank you for the comment! Definitely love a lot of your hat Double D does in his swing. Obviously had loads of success with it!!
This was brilliant! More videos like this about one aspect relative to something visualised, such as a plane, would always be great for future videos. I've always had the movement you advocate more so, and have tried the other way with less success. However, with handle moving out in front to in, like you prefer, it is very difficult for me to find a good feel/concept which stops the lead arm chicken-winging. It is very common so a video shedding light on how that lead humerus moves in to the body/left through impact and follow through without breaking down would be awesome. I am aware of your videos showing the sideways 'thump/hit' through impact with hands and arms, but for me that leads to a broken-down lead arm despite playing half-decent at a 5 hcp. When I somehow don't do it the ball goes like 20 30 yards further effortlessly. Just sometimes happpens by chance, but I can't get a reliable feel/concept.
Yes!!! And there are two types of chicken wing… 1 good and 1 bad. If you’re actively retracting the scapula then you’re going JT to typically run into a host of issues but if your creating chicken with from lead arm internal then you’ll be right as rain! 👍 can do a longer video on this for sure
@@elitegolfschools Hmmmm very interesting take on the two types. I'd love to see a video looking at this. Unofrtunately, as some one who climbed for years, I wouldn't be surprised if the scapula strength is unwantedly kicking in to wrench that club around. Thanks for the thought provoking reply!
@ haha doing good too! Question! What we are learning from Elite golf school, is it same as Chris Mayson’s style?(he seems to be teaching body swing as well and my buddy asked once if our style is the same as Chris) Anyway, Riley rules! Andy from Seoul
Beautiful explanation. What would you suggest for a junior thats under 10yo. Should they release your preferred way or more of the hand release pattern?
@@hsubox learn to blast it early and create general shapes with the club based on the body’s action. As they age then they can become more specific in their approach to mechanics 👍
Thanks Riley, appreciate you sharing your knowledge for free 🙏🏽 been working with Milo and the crew online for 3 years, I also watch you because I feel you guys are teaching the same overall patterns. Could you possibly do a video on the pelvis? I’ve been struggling with my trail hip/leg firing into the ball for years. When I get the squeeze move I play great golf. Plus handicap but still struggle with that trail hip lol
Once again, you've changed the way I look at the golf swing. This does seem to slightly go against the concept of the active "hit" involving abduction and adduction of the arms in earlier videos as well as at least one short where you seem to promote an active throw with the trail hand. I'd love to see your comments. By the way, I'll see you next weekend in Denver!
Let’s gooooo!! Can’t wait for you to come out to Mile High!! Gains inbound! Also, even though it hasn’t been described in this particular video, there is still a definite hit from the ad and ab-duction hit!
Epic as usual. We still have some lead arm abduction (and trail adduction) during the “hit” phase, not just lead arm lift, right? Cannot wait to try this tomorrow. You guys are killing it. 🙏
Absolutely that happens for sure! Most players simply throw too much extension in the lead shoulder through the hit which will cause excessive external through the hit… please keep us posted on how the practice sesh goes today!!
Is it fair to say once the arm structure is in place and swinging the original drop has determined the low point on the swing and the hand action fine tunes the shot? Cheers

What dictates a preferred map for a player's action (Rose vs Hovland)? Is it affirmative choice? Functional limits? Flexibility? How do I determine best map for me?
I think a lot goes into that… maybe two main questions would be, 1. Do I need to make sure that my movement is healthy based on how often I play or predisposition to injury probability? And 2. How hard do I truly want to work on my game??
I hit balls 3X/week and target playing 1X/week. Further, no predisposition to injury. TPI assessment found I have less than ideal hip rotation, but no other identified restrictions. Given the preceding, what determines "best map" for me?
@ totally depends on what you are wanting and needing out of your game and where your pattern is now. Also, unconscious ideas on what makes the ball move from A to B. Lots to uncover when working through technique… probably what makes it so fun to work through!
I’m working on this same release with my irons because it helps me with using my hips and glutes for power, but I don’t know how to translate this to my wood or driver. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Driver and woods… make sure the ball is far enough forward and far enough away from you. Just need to adjust for the trunk and where the ball is placed… from there use the same map in hitting and see what happens 👍

So if you keep your hands in front and are pulling them out to in with rotation, wouldn’t that promote a left miss unless u learn to hold the rotation/release of the face? Would that be the reason hovland prefers a fade ?
No actually! Super interesting comment because most think this! You can have a left curving handle and a right curving clubhead through the strike! Super awesome actually and that is the stable release draw pattern
Great to have you back on RUclips! ❤ When you stopped at p6 during your illustrations, the club head looked very open, pointing right to the sky or even behind you. This is unlike your earlier recommendations to have the club head similiar to the spine tilt in the backswing. Any comments on that or why it may be different in the forward swing? 🙏
Is there a third alternative which is splitting the difference - lower trail elbow AND adduct trail shoulder so the trail elbow still gets in front of tight trail pocket?
@@darrenfitzpatrick5331 yes! It is absolutely a spectrum… spectrum is from Scheffler to Hovland and everything in between. Fleetwood is a tweener as an example

Curious as to how the various wrist movements play out here in the release, especially lead ulnar dev., trail supination. Maybe it's just the camera angle, but it looks like you're retaining a fair bit of lead radial dev. through impact, which would prevent maximal arc width. Or is that just a personal preference thing or more for longer clubs? I know Hovland retains a fair bit of radial through his impact, where as guys like DJ let it all out.
I’ve always been over the top guy but have controlled it but I cannot trap the ball for more distance. I have been trying to shallow the club more with wrist rotation but my sequence is all over the place. So I will give this technique a try cause it makes sense. Also one of my big issues is using my arms too much at impact. I’m consciously trying to use more I’ve my body first. It’s a hit and miss of course but again, I’ll try it.
@@arielah37 just perform these concepts at a pace where you can organize them… big concept for you!!!!! PROXIMAL TO DISTAL movement in both directions!
With the release when you stall it and then throw the club -- you get so much more speed than just turning. Think of throwing a club down the fair way when you stop your body it speeds up your arms and hands for the release. Xander Schauffle says his father used to make him bang a nail down on a board to really give power in his release snapping the wrist. Freddy Couples same thing.
This is a very common misconception and also NO ONE is saying to pin the arms and drag them along in rotation… best way to see this is to examine Min Woo vs Bryson. Win Woo is turn and burn like Hovland and Bryson is very much Rose based. Same ball speed for the most part with a completely different look in there tensegrity. Very interesting stuff!
Good stuff here large cat! Lee Buck seems to really do the arm structure stuff thru hit as you describe. Seems like he does the count Chocula move and rides the glove label looking to the sky particularly on wedges
Very interesting comparison of release patterns. The Hovland method would appear to bring the handle into a position target side of the lead knee at P7, which will give effortless shaft lean; the Rose method could more easily lead to a flip, if not done correctly. Is this a correct understanding? Using the Hovland method the follow through appears to be identical to a windshield wiper tennis forehand, where the face of the racquet remains facing the target far longer, thereby giving greater stability, with the arm moving upwards after contact as you described. Is this an accurate analogy? Must give this a try tomorrow. Many thanks.
@@thurlestonetennis2447 loads of good in this comment! All that would alter in the terminology is everything is a type of release. No such thing as a flip. Jest a difference on a tumble style release (Rose) or a flex type of release/unload (Hovland). Very different patterns comparing the two
??? I m with u on the drop, sit - turn club will square. What are ur thoughts on jumping after the sit? Prop need to throw jump out but wanted ur thought. Jump in or out???
Definitely don’t need to intend to ‘jump’ for 99/100 people but not saying that there isnt a vertical component to the through and forward swing. It’s all about the spiral line (fascial line) that should pull and rotate you vertically 👍👍
Moved my ball speed from 104 to 108 with my 7 iron based upon connecting vertical and shallowing with a sit per our conversation. Will add foot work tomorrow via the feet & leg action in the golf swing video. Since Im 60 and need more freedom to turn the lower body. Heels up...
Arms speed is faster or chest rotation is faster for club head speed? Sorry , I am lost here. Many books articulated that arms and hands are the speed. Please can you explain? Thanks
@@RichardWoon-g6n arms and hands are absolutely the speed transmitters to the club. The body, in particular the chest, is the support system to the arms
@@lachieb5843 that can work but as best you can, allow that to be passive or reactionary to ribs’ action and how it effects each humerus (upper arm). 👍
I am watching the turn, and noticing the club head stay high. Is there any wrist action that is done consciously to get the head down to the ball or would it be done solely by the inertia?
@@EricCalaway definitely can have active movement in arms and hands to organize the hit. We have a couple of videos on here better explaining the impact area with the hands and arms!
OMG it sounds like the release is like squash. If i touch the shaft on the back of my head and turn it away anti clock wise I think it would produce what you are saying is that right.
Is this style of swing accessible for older individuals? It seems to rely on the ability to really pivot. I ask bc I’ve heard many times that older players should rely on the Rose style of hands release, and that the Hovland style requires prodigious talent to pull off
It absolutely can be! Inwould just change the language slightly here… everyone can do a version of this. How much mobility they have is one of the big variables here. Older individuals in some cases have limited range of motion just like some younger individuals do. Totally depends on the case study. But even though you may not look like Niemman during portions of your swing, you can still take in the same type of concepts and use them effectively
@ thanks for your response! I think the style being taught here, as you mentioned in the video, is not immediately intuitive at first, so it would probably be good to learn directly from you guys rather than trying to DIY lol Great stuff
Though you say you're just moving the club up the sagittal plane in the backswing, you're still rotating the shaft 30°+ in the (rotated) coronal plane, too. During the backswing. The sagittal plane is inclined toward the ball, and in bending your right elbow and rotating your left arm, you're rotating the shaft behind you during the backswing, despite what you repeat a few times in the video.
Yes, exactly! And great eye!! In the backswing the club does move move into the trail side, off of the sagittal plane. A lot of this has to do with the adduction of the lead arm and the extension of the trail hand. This is a deeper dive off of this global type of perspective on the golf swing 👍
@@elitegolfschools You can fold back (extend) the trail wrist while leaving the shaft on the same "plane" (it moves "across" your body very little). You can adduct the lead arm across your chest (by folding the trail elbow) and leave the shaft on the same "plane" (it moves across your body a bit more). In both, the shaft can still be in the sagittal plane - just translated slightly to the trail side. You roll the lead forearm while pretending (and saying) that you just lift the club/hands up the sagittal plane. Your palms are facing a different direction, your radius/ulna are rolled. The club would be pointing roughly along your inclination if you didn't roll your lead arm, but you do.
O okay, I got some reps to do - sending this to my golf coach. Hopefully help my swing awareness…I have a tendancy to have a flat takaway - possibly my body’s attempt to match the corona plane?

@@elitegolfschoolsreally appreciate the quick response and simple explanation.

Excellent! Please keep me posted as you play with concepts!!! So excited for you!! Happy new year my friend ❤️❤️
Thanks!
YES! Now it’s all one system!!! Cool when all actions come together! Golf swing!

Riley - When you are demonstrating the Elite method you often show the clubhead coming through the impact zone with the clubhead 6 to 12 inches above the ball. What do you change to bring the clubhead through at ball level? Does the clubhead slide farther down the coronal plane? Do you side bend more? Or?? Thanks, Tom

Love this content. Quick question, previously you have said that the club face should be parallel to the spine angle at about P6. On the video it looks like it is pointing more like straight up. Could you clarify this for me please. You are transforming the way I strike the ball! Thanks so much.
Great question and point. Ideally we have a leading edge that is somewhere between vertical and on the spine angle in its orientation 👍
@ yes yes yes!! Exactly like that. Pelvic swivel, squeeze the ball/lemon, blah blah blah… that’s that pelvic hip swivel!
Bradley Hughes was speaking on this years ago. Great stuff , please continue. Thank you!
Right on!! Appreciate the kind words 🙏
It comes directly from the players ability to rotate the chest which is why the preferred pattern is preferred lol
To draw it need the clubhead deeper by p6, from there very similar pattern forward 👍
Makes sense. Thank you
@ 👍👍❤️
Yes!! It feels absolutely freaking fantastic and the control of the ball is ridiculous!!! Aim at flags cuz that’s where it’s going lol 😂

They definitely can! Looking for the most efficient ball that a player can hit 🙏🙏

Once again, you've changed the way I look at the golf swing.

Because of the deflection of the shaft through the hit, both wrists will work into ulnar through the hit. No need to try to keep radial 👍
You nailed it, Lee Buck is a master of this and his Count Chocula move is unreal!!!

Thank you
Does max Homa have the same release type as Hovland? Seems like it
@@Yodaddy0320 he is a tweener like fleetwood
Could a feel for this be pin the lead arm pit to body on take away and feel gap in that spot on downswing?
@@lachieb5843 that can work but as best you can, allow that to be passive or reactionary to ribs’ action and how it effects each humerus (upper arm). 👍
@ thanks for the reply . Already has made a massive difference to the dispersion on my woods. The channel is great. 👍
@ fantastic! And thank you so much!! So happy that the channel is resonating with you!
Good one, brother..
@@jakekilrain2075 thanks so much Jake! You’re the best! Miss you homie!
@elitegolfschools is your school full the end of the month?
@ just a few spots left! 2 or 3 spots still available! Would love to rock with you if you’re interested homie!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
“Up the Sagittal, down the coronal”. That looks like Moe Norman’s magic move!
Similarities huh?!
@@MichaelPenman-jq1cu yes! Loads of similarities there!!
I think the style being taught here, as you mentioned in the video, is not immediately intuitive at first, so it would probably be good to learn directly from you guys rather than trying to DIY lol
Great stuff
On your website, Alex T and Alex L are the only coaches available for zoom/facetime lessons just to be clear?
@@brianfelder5878 Riley also perform in personal and virtual sessions. He is listed on the Colorado website not the Arizona site
this looks similar to what John Erikson teaches...correct? or off base (would not be the first time)
I’m super sorry but I’m not incredibly familiar with Erickson. I’ll have to check him out!
O okay, I got some reps to do - sending this to my golf coach. Hopefully help my swing awareness…I have a tendancy to have a flat takaway - possibly my body’s attempt to match the corona plane?
Just depends, are we talking the backswing or the forward swing in reference to a flat swing plane??
The chest is the engine and the arms and hands are passive ? How is speed generated ? Passive hands and fast chest rotation ?
@@808dds oh no the arms are active my friend!!
Don't you think a lot of the differences between say hovland and rose can be attributes to gri. Hoblands being stronger?
Grip I meant
That is a GREAT point actually! It’s super interesting because the lead hand being stronger is typically related to the lead humerus being more internally rotated at address. This is typical of our favorite movers. It’s not always the case but we do see a lot of our faves look like this
I seen Moe Norman describe that sort of forward swing.
Similar in ways for sure! Especially the lead arm action
Is this how hogan as well release it? when i saw his release it doesnt seems he break the structure of his hands and similar at address.
@@christiandgreat8127 💯💯💯💯 Great eye!!
@@elitegolfschools also i notice lots of his shot DTL that is hands always exit left. is that a clue or high chance its using this kind of release?
@ yes! Absolutely! When you turn and burn the handle is much more radical in its exit comparatively
You should definitely die a happy man. Unbelievably great stuff. Thank you.
lol! Right on!!!!!! What a great life 🙏❤️🙏
Hovland's method seems to put more stress on the spine, or am I wrong?
@@rebelsoul777 that is a big myth actually. Rose method creates more pressure/stress on the spine 👍
@@elitegolfschools thorax and ribs are made for rotation !! So this is natural ... the lumbar spine for flexion and extention( pelvicdrop in the downswing )... L5 can also rotate in the spine ... but When there is restriction in the total rotation of the body .. caused by AGE of a bad golf technique this can lead to ... discushernia L5 a lot !!
@ and therein lies the reason for moving well 🙏
Letsss goooo been TOO LONG
Ayyyyyeeee!!! Excited to get back to these!
