snober fayyaz I haven't loss weight off it because I haven't done it every day. But I feel so good after I do it. It makes my body feel better and the blood flows nicely. I'm sure after doing it everyday for a long time, it will make you lose weight just fine. I just can't guarantee that.

I really appreciate this routine. I'm in process of losing weight and learning yoga as well. Was doing this routine last week while PMSing & I wasn't upto the cardio or anything else so I figured this is definitely better than doing nothing at all. Not only did I get a sweat, I felt stronger and relaxed but I noticed something I hadn't ina long time, maybe since gaining weight; my cycle came but it was just a bit smoother, not as much craving nor as heavy and it just felt a bit more normal. I am now a firm believer about yoga and how it has to regulate the hormones. Thanks so much for opening a new door and my eyes to something I'd like to keep on doing as part of my every day life

Amazing yoga video! I loved how it included a variety of different exercises and poses like the squats, the lunges, and the mini push-ups. I liked how it was challenging, even though it's beginner friendly. To be honest, this is like the only yoga video that relaxed me. I was holding on to tension all day and now I just let it go. I actually did this without really holding my breath, which is a great step because I tend to hold my breath a lot while doing yoga. So yeah, wonderful and relaxing yoga practice !

Loved this practice and the way you explained which poses were good for what part of the body (thyroid). I did have some discomfort in the left lower back when I did the reverse table top. Probably from an old bulged disk injury. Should I not do that particular pose?
The awesome vedio still now i have seen When started to do this i was stressed as i continued it made me calm and reaching to the end i started to feel relaxed completely as if like i had a body full massage. Don't know when 20mins got over
How often would you suggest I pair this video with a once a week 60 minute hatha yoga at my gym to build endurance and see some results? I am new to yoga and when I try to start three 60 minute classes a week from nothing, I get discouraged & lazy but I loved this video!

Just started this today love it .but I have a question , I am doing the lower back 5 stretch’s and now this one , what one should I do first? Or should I do one one day then the other ? I have very bad sciatica pain ? Thank you
This was actually pretty tough. I've recently been given a new position at my job, which unfortunately involves a LOT of sitting around and doing nothing. Easy job! But I can feel myself stagnating and getting weak. These days I struggle to open jars, and I lose my breath easily. This is a simple workout that I imagine will be much easier if I stick to it, but right now it's just the right level to get me back to human, from Blob O Jelly.
I am new too yoga and wanted to try your routine for variety from the usual workout I do. This is not a beginner workout. Your poses are too difficult, you give very little explanation, and you go way too fast. Beginner means we have either never done this before or have only been doing it a little while. Beginners do not know the poses and are not flexible or strong enough to do the poses the same way as people that have been doing yoga for years. I will probably come back to this intermediate routine in a couple years when I will be able to follow along and not feel like a complete failure.
