    Heather! Heather! This was absolutely Fierce indeed for the past 2 weeks. Thanks for the past 2 years since my retirement ! At almost 65 years old (11/12) I’m feeling the strongest I’ve ever felt💪🏽

    Hi! This program was amazing! Loved loved loved it! ❤ I struggle with the pushups but will keep at it!
    One thing that would be helpful is knowing what weights you’re using for each exercise. I find myself having to pause the video to try and guess sometimes. I can’t always do the same weights as you, but knowing what you are using helps me gage.

    post doing vid: this workout looks so chill and in control but it is HARD, there is a method to the sequence and it gets you. SO GOOD!!!!!!!

    An AMAZING 14 weeks with you Heather!!! ❤️ These workouts were tough but really really push me to lift alittle heavier with (proper form). Cardio, weights fun done is what I say. I LOVED every minute of it!! 🥰 Thank you for all you bring and do for us.

    Day 14 was so hard!! But I'm happy I pushed through it. For me, Fierce 2.0 is the most effective program yet. I'm going to do it for a second round. At my age, I need a little more time to get in good shape, but this one is going to get me past this plateau. Heather, you are amazing!

    WOOO took me 18 days bc i took rest days and did other workouts but WE MADE IT!! This was a great one... had me dying after the first circuit.. SO MUCH SWEAT! I will probably add it to my Heather Robertson workout rotation. Thank you, Heather!

    Fierce !!! What an excellent program. It reminded me a lot of the 12 week 2.0 challenge from the top of the year; which has been my favorite program by far since I started working out with you back in May of 2020.     Yayyyy! I have always stuck to your programs as closely to what you have scheduled as possible, but I think this is the first time I’ve been able to do each day without having to do a make-up day, and that I’ve finished exactly on time! I’m lucky our active rest days landed on my busiest days during the week, haha. Thank you, as always, for another awesome program! Can’t wait to see what’s next!

    I loved this program so much! I felt like it was a step above in difficulty level and really pushed me- I never got bored and I worked so hard each time!     Feeling really great and amazingly stronger mentally and physically.💪 Some things sidetracked me last week and could'nt get to do th last 3 days of it, I just finished this now and managed to fit it in with this weeks schedule so just completed it. I even used one of my heavier dumbells 10kg Squat + Hop & Row. and pretty pleased with myself. Thanks for an AMAZING FIERCE 2 WEEKS @Heather🙏💯💕. You are truly amazing and fierce too🤩🙏
