I thought the Jamaican castor oil mask would help better as it has both protein and moisturiser like 50/50.. But the one your suggesting has more moisture in it than protein and smells better. I've tried honey and olive oil mask and it works wonders and this mask also has honey in it so... Idk plz help me lol

The shea butter line worked so well for me! My hair has always been super dry but after using the shampoo and conditioner, my hair looks and feels healthier.
+Rashad Sims I can say overall it’s made my hair feel thicker and stronger over time. But I believe taking care of your hair, conditioning often, keeping it moisturised etc will help strengthen your hair and retain length. Perhaps if you use gels etc, don’t use it on your edges and try finding a healthier alternative 😊

The raw Shea conditioner and mask are amazing for me too! 2c thick and high density too voluminous blonde hair that’s hard to tame with these two it looks smooth and shine and so manageable! I do a bombshell blowout on myself for the first time ever and it lasts me without any type of styling product until I wash it (one week)!
The raw Shea butter line is for dry, damaged or transitioning hair, so that might be the reason why it doesn’t do much for you guys. Trust me the labels explain what they are meant to do for specific hair needs. I enjoyed your video and definitely have to try the hibiscus curl smoothie🤩

Do you shampoo all of your hair? I only shampoo my roots as Shampoo is supposed to cleanse so strips all the diets etc. Which is why I never do the length of my hair. Try shampooing the roots only and when rinsing let the shampoo run through your ends 😊

Hey really sorry for the late response. I think it would be ok to use as long as you use only a small amount at a time until you get your desired look. There's no harm in trying 😃
I really like the masque! The whole line at that. When I use it I get extremely little frizz and my hair feels silky soft for days without needing to refresh my curls. I haven't used it consistent enough to say whether it helped with breakage specifically but for the years I've been using Shea moisture as a whole I've definitely got less breakage and stronger hair. I hope that helps! (And the smell of the yucca and plantain is amazing) 😊
Since the company was sold, Unilever in 2017, things went even worst. They jumped on the bandwagon coming out with so many products. Some of their formulas, which doesn’t feel the same as their early products. They also started shifting, away from their loyal customers, Black customers. To non black. I now see Shea moisture in the white care aisle, but not in the black care aisle. I once really love this company. but now I’m not a fan.
Yrzy its best to just go by how your scalp feels. Of course if you have build up shampoo more often but do what works best for you. Not every week/month will be the same xx
Hey! I'm not 100% sure what products to guide you to as my hair is naturally curly. However, I would recommend maybe using a curling mousse . That might help x
A perm will work or curling it with perm rods if you want it to not be processed or heatless curlers and wave formers can so somewhat curl it all depends on the type of curls you want really
the water is boiling oh no it want be naturally but it would curl I think that’s all she’s trying to do she can try those options each one do a different curl pattern

New York E. really sorry I’ve only just noticed this comment. I’d recommend that you deep condition your hair often and shampoo less! That should help with the breakage and limit how often you manipulate your hair if possible and wear protective styles for example buns etc. I hope this was helpful and thank you for watching xx
New York E. How is your hair now? I would say if your hair is damaged: 1. go in for a consultation with a stylist. 2. Get a hair cut (big chop) and start over 3. Wash your hair!!!!! Cowashing is harmful in that product build up is not cleansed away and could cause damage. No product is going to fix your hair. I bought so many products thinking that and not taking care of my hair. Good luck
You need to wash your hair more than once a month! I don’t care what type of hair you have. SPECIALLY if you use a lot of products and your shampoo is sulfate free. That buildup, man, I can’t imagine. You’re ruining your hair. Not clarifying your scalp at least once every two weeks is 75% reason of all hair problems! You’re nice tho
Hey Hun! I wash my hair every week but only shampoo once a month. Been doing this for close to 5 years now and my hair is super healthy and much longer than it was in these videos 3 years ago. I guess it just depends on each individual. I don’t use much product in my hair after wash day so build up is very minimal for me. Thanks for your suggestion though hun xx
