Make sure your device with the camera is updated. If you have this feature turn on your device -> go to video -> scroll down -> if you see Relative Brightness-> turn it down to 1%
Hey I just got the one for the 55 -65” tv I have the colors pretty much in sync but having a hard time with the blacks… like the leds won’t turn off like yours do it’s a white hue in the back ground when the screen is fully black how do I fix this issue ?
Make sure the room is completely dark & if your camera is pointing down…. Make sure there isn’t a reflection on an entertainment, table, etc. See if that helps

Relative Brightness - 1%
Saturation - 19%
White Balance - in between the white center & the blue left side (center of the blue)

For regular brightness I personally use 100% but it may be too bright for some. So that one you can play around with

Got the T1 today, everytime there is a black screen or nearly no colur it is going blue or red on the bottom. Please help!
