Put the blade more at an angle while pushing it down that will also taper the blade making it work better🤞

Hello , first time switching inlet box to the green led light . I connected everything but when I turn on the generator breaker I do not see the green led light on . Does this led light turn on when generator is on or will I see the light on when the generator breaker is on ?
