Hi everyone thanks for joining me for today’s 15 minute Evening Kundalini Yoga class. My intention for this session is to provide a place of peace, a place where you can let go of any tension you may be carrying by simply releasing more and more with each posture and each breath - leaving you feeling Relaxed and Radiant.
It is suitable for all levels finding adjustments that work for you or by visualising the poses; just seeing where you are today and simply coming to your mat can bring a transformation.
