    The dumbbell variation practically eliminates the common wrist issues experienced during the catch. Simply put, this version does not require the extreme wrist extension seen in the barbell version.

    I've always pared legs and shoulders together and have done this but added a press at the end ..completely kicks my ass !! nice video dude

    For someone short of time trying to get the most bang for their back out of a minimalist routine, would this be an alternative to doing squats and deadlifts separately?
