I need help. Fatting and thinning my shots. Trail forearm muscles ache! When I do the assessment of my trail shoulder my shoulder makes a pooping noise. Could poor posture at set up be aggravating my sore forearm and making my fat and thin the ball?

@@Par4Success here’s my stretch that is helping to temporarily relieve soreness: extend my trail arm in front of me chest high. Palm up 🫴. Use my other hand to gently apply increasing stretch to fingers on my trail hand. (soreness near elbow near ulna) I have to change my swing.

The best next step would be to go over the full mobility assessment with us on a video call to be able to best determine the cause of this pain and popping. It is very hard to determine fixes for things like this without having a visual.
