Personally my experience with physios was underwhelming, they didn't seem that knowledgeable told me to stop doing pull ups Didn't diagnose me with anything just said take days off from the computer... It was so frustrating.
After just completing these exercises today the last one especially feels like it might actually do something over time which allows me to do what I love at the frequency I always used to, instead of "reduce usage"

I have essentially become the most educated-uneducated researcher of tendonitis (particularly lateral and medial epicondylitis, and tricep tendonitis). My issues have brought me to all the forums, the research papers on recovery, gadgets, drugs, braces, mindfulness practices etc.. stopping just shy of Voodoo. This video, simple and direct as it was, using no juju or tech, has had immediate results, in terms of symptom management for my tennis elbow and touched on super basic movement that often goes missed.

Thank you! I am a massage therapist, and had gotten lateral epicondylitis with only pain at the elbow. That then started radiating to the bicep and top of forearm. I finally got the bicep pain to subside with K taping, stretching, massage, and scraping. and just have the pain on the top of the fore arm at this point that I cannot seem to alleviate. Just using your techniques once I could feel the stretch in the muscle with the unique exercises. I will continue this a few times a day. I need my arms to work for massage therapy. Lol.

Started trying this out yesterday after almost 10 years of what was diagnosed as bilateral chronic tendonitis. I was only ever given the typical stretches that you normally see, which have done nothing. Same with heat, ice, even acupuncture. One thing that makes this easier is one of those massage tools, basically a plastic thumb that you can use instead of having to exert so much pressure with your own thumb. For someone with a bilateral condition that itself is painful to do.

Thank you so much Precision Movement.
Especially to Coach Wong for inspiring me.
I had crippling pains at adolescence due to motor vehicle accidents, and no other rehabilitation program has provided such care as this channel provides.
For the first time in years I have relief from pains that no rehabilitation could address or cure.
My heart regards this team as the world's greatest heroes for their dedication in providing better and sustainable lives for those of us seeking relief.
You wouldn't believe how the industry drains our pockets just for a fraction of this knowledge.
Thank you for making physical well being much easier and accessible

To add to the exercise tips at the end, when benching and doing other heavy compound lifts I found that I was always gripping the bar almost as hard as I could. Really wasnt necessary, especially with bench. Letting the weight consciously fall more on your palms and gripping slightly less hard helps a ton with these types of lifts if you have forearm pain / tendonitis.
Thanks for the video, implementing it into a rehab routine for problem areas starting today.

I have pain in both my lower forearms. I have to apply pressure using one hand to the other arm in order to do these stretches, but applying pressure aggravates the muscles in the hand I'm using to apply that pressure; will cause further damage?

I am the same as you! I've found that it's ok as long as you do both arms after the other. For example, I do the extensor on the other hand right after the first one, and so on

    Couple of questions;

    • @PrecisionMovementCoach

      Hi, and great questions.
Braces are okay if you can't avoid using them. Don't become reliant on them; try to wean yourself off them.
Once per day and 2 - 3 days per week is sufficient.
