Fun fact: in Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, trainers won’t battle you if you’re surfing on Kyogre. This works on trainers that are above water and underwater

@@grimm_5042 The glitch used to make the Mewtwo appear (or quite a few other possible Pokémon) changes some numbers around, which often causes the wild Pokémon to be above Level 100.
I don't recall its stats being much higher though. I also remember that if I level such a Pokémon up once, it'll be Level 100.

In Generation 2, even though each pokemon have their own sprite used for fly, every pokemon, except for Pikachu, have the Lapras sprite for surf. Pikachu still uses it's own sprite for surf in Gen. 2, because it looks so cool.

Pikachu can be taught surf if you use one from r/b/y to beat the prime cup in Pokemon Stadium and there have also been special pikachu/pichu that knew surf in the past

Rhydon can learn surf because it can Rhydon (ride on) waves. If it gets hit by surf its name is changed to Rhydon't.

You often don't include either gen 2 or 4 (DPP) when doing the tumbnails and I think these times are super crucial and more important to view than gen 7 displayed twice. Just a thought, not a criticism.

are you using the japanese release dates ??? I'm pretty sure, Red and Blue came out in 1998 in the us and 1999 in europe, and Gold and silver came out in 2000

nope, it's September 28, 1998 in north america, october 23 1998 in australia, and october 5th 1999 in europe
gold was 2000, I know that because it was the first pokemon game I played
