Steps start @ 6:00 you’re welcome.
Steps: 1. Wash face with cold water. 2. Alternate hot/cold shower 3. Humming and gargling 4. Deep breathing 5. Intermittent fasting 6. Massage and acupressure 7. Long walks
I do many of these. 😄I guess this weight will release soon
The intermittent fasting and dropping carbs made a huge difference. As soon as I dropped the carbs I lost those insistent hunger pangs, Gone!
Is it working?
Yes. Carbs are terrible. Deep breathing keeps me sane! Acupressure is everything. Long walks are my jam. Cold water though- I'm working on it. Lol
@@shivastonestrange7121 it worked for me, went down 2 dress sizes by dropping the carbs and breakfast at 12. Of course you need to eat healthily. There are no essential carbohydrates that I know of, nor do they contain any nutrients. ;)
This is the best information I've seen about weight loss and the vagus nerve. Concise, professional and compelling information.
Excellent! Thank you 🙏🏼
Very useful! Thanks!
Makes alot of sense will try this
Thank you
Very well explained thanks🦋🙏
Thank you
Thank you so much !😊🍎
Thank you 🙏
This is a super wonderful video, I learned a lot, thank you.
Doc sb. thanks for those information. I will try to follow your advices. God bless you.
Yes!!! Sounds awesome...
Just found u,! Thank u for ur information on vagus nerve, know nothing about it until now, 🙏
Thank you. Really well done and I learned a lot.
Excellent content. I sincerely appreciate your insights and advice.
Thank you! Few awareness is put on the wiring system of the body. Every single movent we do involves electrical pulses. Great video
What a pleasure to watch an informative presentation that does not waste any time.
And such a swift breakdown of a complex system; very helpful!
(Side note: cold showers: no. But definitely more relaxed after a minute of gargling w/ warm water!)
Nicely explained
I think you are wonderful and I thank you with my utmost respect and gratitude. You are possibly a lifesaver. Truly, I have years of relief and joy from listening to your advice. Namaste
wish I had seen this video before starting with Keto Diet, suffering from a touch of irregularity and hoping the Vagus nerve exercises or stimulus can correct that issue. Only 10 days in, so at least I know what the cause is and can adjust! Thanks!
Thanks Jai Hind !!
Very clear and calm voice. Nice to listen to without unnescessary info. I am going to watch more videos of you doctor. 😀
Thank you for your explanations, great information and enjoyed the whole presentation 🙏🙏
Excellent idea thank you!
thank you for sharing this. i am fascinated with the vagus nerve. i am doing some of these things already but am also doing wild water/cold water immersion in the north sea and EFT. So my question is does the tapping work in the same way as acupuncture in this instance. thanks again!
Do you have any opinions on the connection between this nerve and bariatric surgery?
❤❤❤Thank you
Any type of massage?
Based on...
Your videos are just fucking awesome. Excuse my foul language, but thank you for taking the time to share what you know.
There IS no excuse for that foul language. It's totally unnecessary.
Well, don't use foul language. It's totally uncalled for
Skip to 6:00 for the list of tips.
🙏🙏🙏🙏👍👍
the right translation is not vague it's wandering. 'vague' in itself is a metaphorical translation into medieval languages taken from Latin. But 'vagus' in 'vagus nerve' stems from the original meaning Wandering. From the pov of medicine there is nothing vague about it. It is just all over the place!
👍💖🇬🇧
👍
THAT WOULD BE ABSOLUTE TORTURE FOR ME
I WILL TRY TAPPING WHICH DOES WORK
I WILL USE IT ON THE VEGAS NERVE TO STIMULATE IT
NO NEED TO TORTURE ONES SELF
I HAVE ALWAYS DONE INTERMITTENT FASTING - BREAKFAST AND NOTHING UNTIL DINNER AND NOTHING UNTIL BREAKFAST AGAIN -- WITH CFS -- DOES NOT CAUSE THE LOSS OF WEIGHT
What is CFS?
BS
intermittent fasting with long walks, will do it, the rest is junk info
Actually, Wim Hof presents irrefutable scientific data on studies supporting the use of cold water immersion and breathwork to improve nervous system function and cellular activity. Forest bathing also has scientific studies behind it and has been used for overall wellness in Japan foe decades.
What a windbag. Loads of words, no information. Gave up after 4 minutes of waffle.
What a load! The only thing he mentioned that has any potential for weight loss is Intermittent Fasting. The rest? C’mon!
IF just threw my hormones into chaos, resulted in weight gain, anxiety, insomnia. That's not a panacea for all.
On the other hand, hot and cold showers are well documented as improving nervous system function and improving insulin resistance. Breath work is also well documented to offer those same benefits. See the data shared by Wim Hof. I don't use his system, it's just a knockoff of yogic techniques, but the data he presents on cold water and breathwork is irrefutable. Forest bathing also has scientific data behind it, it lowers cortisol and that's been tested and documented.
Eliminating carbs makes fasting a lot easier
