1- Laughter and even fake laughter. Find something that makes you laugh everyday. 2- Deep breathing. Engage the diaphragm. Exhales should be longer than our inhales. The 4/8/7 breath. Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 8 sec, exhale for 7 sec. 3- Humming/chanting. 4- Gargling. It activates our vocal cords which stimulates the vagus nerve. 5- Singing: in the shower, while cooking, while taking a walk. 6- Pet connection (your own or someone else's) 7- Yawning. 8- Mindful Eating: to be present with our food.

Many members had difficult times and we helped them get on their feet with participating at practicing, organizing casual meetings after the practice so we talked a little, cried, drank a glass of wine and ate a good food. So yeah, choir is cleaning the soul and helping in therapeutic way both, those who listen and those who sing.

Research shows that Mindfulness practice can potentially facilitate these experiences and it is to be practiced with a certified mindfulness teacher and/or certified coach.

Haha for me it was okay, because I was reading a lot of other books that were more in depth with the pregnancy and delivery process.

Calm with Kyle. I had to stop at 5 bc they are the worst 5 I have ever heard of. Whoever these work on Bro, must be low level traumatized people. Good Grief.
