  • Stimulation of the Vagus nerve can allow us to work with our body’s natural healing ability to slow our nervous system down. This can result in feeling more present, calm and connected to your surroundings. This exercise will show you a Vagus Nerve exercise to begin to feel safe, now!

Your video saved me the other night. I had a syncope incident and passed out while driving on the expressway. Totaled my car. The emergency room told me about the Vagus nerve. A couple of evenings ago I was heading towards some kind of breakdown, couldn't stop it. I looked up vagus nerve and found you. As I was doing it I felt a feeling of sleeping it relaxing. It stopped the horrible spiraling down feeling. Thank you Kyle! Brilliant!

I've had couple such incidents in the recent past. I know they are scary and hope we don't ever get another one.
Best thing to do is to stop what you are doing and just relax and relax for longer than we need to do. Rest till we regain the feeling of being conscious. If water is handy, drink it and most importantly dial up someone and let them know that you may be needing help. Good luck to you brother and all others under the horrible effects of stress.

This is so amazing! I have dysautonomia and I'm autistic, so it feels like my vagus nerve is just constantly on overdrive (giving me those physical DANGER sensations even when I'm not in any danger) and even hurts often. It wasn't giving me pain today, but I felt that overactive physical anxiety that I get often. Did this exercise and now feel so relaxed!!! Thank you so much for this video!

Thank you so much for this video! I have never had an exercise work this strongly or this quickly before for me. I think the key to calming my system and feeling safe is layering - I have been practicing breathwork for a while but I honestly believe the direct stimulation to the vagus nerve and pressure points is what made my body wake up and listen. This video has made me so happy, your channel is fantastic and I'm so grateful to have found you (and your peaceful, calming tones!)

I've been stressed more than normal this past week and started having panic attacks with some scary palpitations/fast heart rate creating this scary feedback loop of what I can describe as an excess adrenaline release. I knew about vagal nerve breathing/massage, and some videos have helped me in the past, but this has calmed me more than any other video I've tried. My pulse is now a consistent and calm 65, down from around 150, which creates more of the loop of fear and prolongs the panic attack. Thank you for this. I will be coming to this every day.

❤ I depend on these excellent modalities. Thank you, Dr. Kyle. I use Vegus nerve resets first thing every morning. Education is key. Your offerings are appreciated. 😊

I recently tried these exercises and fall asleep instantly and stay asleep longer. I have a history of panic attacks and insomnia. I will be able to use a lot less of my medication because of these exercises. Thank you for this video.

what a beautiful sort of “exercise”🥰.. so gently using the resources of our breath that has so much power to heal and release… an automatic response to inhale/exhale, for us that we mostly just don’t even think about but holds so much power and obviously, keeps us “alive”!! Learned so much about this Vegus nerve DrKyle🙌💕… thank you for this! I use my jade roller and organic Rose water to compliment the face portion of this sacred massage routine you have tailored for us here🌹🌹…
especially love the ears part! who knew so much release and ease lies there 🤷‍♀️❤️🥳

agree with all the comments. Wow. this is exactly what i have been looking for all of my life. something simple and gentle and powerfully effective. I am so blessed to have met you Kyle. As i watched your video I just kept thinking that these types of people like you born to heal really help others vs try to just find a way to mentally convince people to do xyz for an exchange of money. Clearly you simply want to help people feel the health and well being. You are so amazingly caring . it is so touching to the soul

Awe, thank you so much for the kind words!! That's very heart warming and you're right, I'm hoping to take my experience and training and share it, hoping it can be helpful for way beyond the few clients that I the privilege of working with.
      All the best!
