    Proper dite and workout. And atha correct ah follow pananum. I was 83kg now 73kg with proper dite. Enaku pidichatha than sapduren. Ethaium na kamium panala vdauvm ila.

      Common ma she s in industry has to be fit . And we ppl get motivation that after delivery it’s possible to be back to normal. For normal ppl walking is ok to reduce postpartum weight but they need fitness so doing such workouts. Nothing wrong in their doing and your thought too😊
