I've been collecting old tool batteries. Got a bunch of 18650's and built a bunch of battery banks. One is 40k Ah heavy but lasts an entire week for a hospital stay. They will not let you use the wall power to recharge your stuff.
my advise is if you see a chair user when you are out and about dont be afraid to go up ant talk to them! that person may know people or groups and they will most likely be able to relate with you
