Hey Daniel, in preparation for my first Ironman 70.3 next year, I'm doing 2 training blocks a day. Each training block consists of either running, cycling, and/or swimming. For example, my week might look something like this: Day 1: Running, then cycling Day 2: Swimming, then cycling Day 3: Running, then swimming Etc etc 😀
I bought an Anker Eufy Smart Scale C1 online. You can buy them from pretty much any major online retailer. It cost me $20 and worth every penny. Being able to easily track your weight every day for a month and see which way your weight is trending (either up or down) on the app, is invaluable. On the other hand, if you already have a non-smart weigh scale, you can just jot down the numbers on a notepad and essentially achieve the same thing.

I just finished filming that video last week, it's being edited right now. Spoiler: I improved my swimming from being able to swim just 2 laps, to being able to swim 100 laps, in just 30 days. I mean, I was going hard - swimming every day, and I had a swimming coach 3 days a week, but still, the results even surprised me. Anyway, you can hit the notification bell so you get a notification when I upload that video 💪🏼
