    What is HRT?
HRT is an abbreviation for Hormone Replacement Therapy. It is a medical treatment that involves replacing hormones in the body that have decreased due to aging or other medical conditions. Typically, HRT is used to treat symptoms associated with menopause in women, such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and mood changes. HRT can also be used to treat other conditions, such as low testosterone in men, or to help transgender individuals transition to their desired gender by changing their hormone levels. The type of hormone replacement therapy and dosage used depends on the individual's medical history, current health status, and treatment goals. It's important to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any hormone replacement therapy.

    Go ahead and laugh.
You know full well that people are referring to man-made chemicals, like Artificial fragrances, colors and flavors.

Jenna is referring to the fact that so many women have been "taken in" by this so-called bioidentical hormone craze when in fact all the drugs we take are made from and with chemicals. One of my bosses used to say we are just a big bag of enzymes walking around in some skin. Thanks for watching!
