I just got my thyroid out at 22 after a long battle of thyroiditis and goiters about 5 on each side. I’m 4 days post op and already notice a difference in my lifestyle. Thank you so much for informative videos like these Rachel!

Get to the Clayman Thyroid Center in Tampa ASAP. Google it. They are the only surgeons who have cured anaplastic. So sorry.

I had a total thyroidectomy June 21. Multinodular substernal goiter. Experiencing low calcium Getting blood rechecked in two days Two days ago calcium levels Were normal 9.1 but I still have numbness and tingling especially feet. Will it take some time for symptoms to go away even after calcium levels improve?

Hi there. Great video. You put in a lot of muscle. Did you take anything to bulk up? If so was it recommended as you now take hormone meds. In other words, did it affect your medications?

@@stephmar6693 hello! The only things I did where pay attention to my macronutrients like increasing my protein intake, and also lifting heavy weights. I didn’t take any medications to increase my muscle mass. I hope that helps!
