    Hello, in daily life and in meditations constant fearful and anxious thoughts came up. How it can be solved? Sending love to those energies is enough or not? Which types of practices should i follow? Thank you for your being, much love.

      Thanks for your truthful comment. Many times in meditation, thoughts and anxiety will arise. It's OK, this is part of the detox process. Allow yourself to have something else to focus on like your breath, your heart beat or a mantra to say to yourself. This will help the detox thoughts and feeling roll on by. It's important to not get hooked by them. It may take some persistence and practice to retrain yourself to hear a mantra vs internal chatter but in the long run it will free you. Hope that helps.
