I do have a question. During the segment with the sharp exhales.....do we ONLY exhales for those 20 times? Or are we taking small inhales and sharp exhales? Because I can't do so many small exhales with only one inhale if that makes sense....❤
I think there is a natural slight pull in of new air after the exhale, once the belly inflates again.. I can't do it one breath either without almost passing out

Weight loss happens 80% on diet (with calorie deficit) and 20% on exercise. Please read about it online. Exercise is only 20% that being said you have to be doing 2-3 days of cardio workouts in combination of these yoga and pilates videos on my channel. Expecting for WEIGHT LOSS to happen with just few videos is close to impossible. Also loosing weight in a right way takes months and not days. It is a lifestyle. Good luck!
