Yes omg I got used to up and down planks because my gym teacher made us do them everyday but burpees I died every time lol
I hated burpees as I couldn’t do them but I am able to do them better and enjoy doing them a little more than before

I've watched so many Chloe Ting challenge results and this is by far my fav! Great video. I'm currently on day 4 of the 2 week shred challenge and everyday I always say "how much arm strength does Chloe think I have!?"😂 Hoping that will get easier 🙏 well done, you did great!

Hey me too. Im on day 4 and my arms are giving out. It's like I'm getting drained by the day. First 2 days were not that bad. But day 4 just killed me.

Girl i swear God made my body the same way you demonstrated. My waist is non existent! Im currently doing her hourglass program but after that, Ill try this 2 week shred. So proud of you and your results are amazing!

Well you've given me some hope 😁 i just finished my third day and I gotta say, my endurance levels have already gone up and I can do the workouts without stopping the videos all the time to rest lol but I'm still having a hard time truly engaging my core and having a correct form for the different workouts. It's good to hear that comes with practice and doing the exercises more 👍

I love your editing and this videooo! Even though I've watched so many of these I love this so much. I've actually done this workout and made a video on my channel too but this is motivating me to do it all over again. I might try her newest shred.

I'm amazed that you could finish the workouts after a 12 hour shift. I've done a couple of the exercises at night, but it's a struggle to get motivated when I'm already exhausted from work/other things going on.

I'm doing it now and honestly I really appreciate that she's made a day by day guide on what to do. will definitely be trying her other plans after this. also such a good idea to put on ur own music and mute her! she's lovely and stuff but the same songs every time is killing me haha
i totally agree!!! repetitive but love the accountability and she's so sweet it's hard to get mad at her LOL I did this challenge for my channel and added weights for some variety.. results were wild

K h a d i j a thanks so much! I talked about my diet in the video, low carb, avoiding processed sugars/carbs. That’s my normal way of eating! And yes one workout a day but each day was 1-4 videos :)
