    Miter Shears- this pair is highly rated and has replaceable blades

    Heat gun- I use mine to quickly dry paint, soften the glue to dismantle furniture and quickly cure polymer clay without an oven. Gets a lot hotter than a hair dryer.
    amzn.to/3YBAIcH
    Craft heat gun that doesn't get as hot as mine

    Watch me turn a cheap $1 table from the Dollar Tree into a fantastic miniature desk. I really love how this turned out. I will definitely be doing more Dollar Tree furniture flips.
    I have been toiling away learning how to film and edit videos for RUclips. I have lots of projects planned ranging from abandoned miniatures to sculpted clay animals and Dollhouse Miniatures in multiple scales. I also have a large Harry Potter build planned for 1" scale.

    Hello from northern Canada 🇨🇦 I went our new the DollarTree store today and found this little table! Also found a cabinet, baby cradle and dresser. Bought all they had for future projects! Super excited for Saturday to come so I can spend the whole day playing in my craftroom! Your channel is an inspiration! I'm new to making dioramas and am following your techniques. My husband even wants to try it! Thank you so much for sharing and creating your videos!! They're amazing❤

      Thank you so much :) I saw a full size DIYer, Lone Fox, rub mud onto white or cream colored paint to add aging. I'm definitely trying that in miniature, so stay tuned 😆

    Love your channel! Thanks for all the inspiration! A suggestion for a really mat sealer could be mat gel medium, that is used for collage and scrapbooking and dries totally mat, without any sheen. Have never tried it on wood, but would expect it to work the same!

    Nail polish remover dissolves the glue on that type of furniture.

    • @queencityminis
      @queencityminis  2 года назад

      That's another way to disassemble these pieces. I prefer using the microwave or a heat gun bc I don't always have nail polish remover and I like to take the pieces apart quickly. I need to test it out and see if a hair dryer is warm enough to soften the glue or if you need a heat gun
