Great video. I'm still new to CNC woodworking but was a machinist for years. If you are going to be that aggressive with your 1/8 endmill (cutting deeper than the tool width) as a rougher you might want to check out IDC Woodcraft's new 1/8 roughing bit the "Badger." I have the 1/4 "Beast" and hot knife through butter is the only way to describe how it removes material.

Good advice! Thank you! I just ordered a bunch of new bits from Sienci Labs but, I will check out IDC for sure.
The “Beast” is definitely a BEAST! The “Hog” is equally awesome, just a shorter version of the Beast.
