Stunningly Beautiful tribute to a loved family member 💖💖💖💖
hello, I want to congratulate you for the great job you do with your CNC router. The final work is really very satisfying after seeing how he brings the work to life by embedding a wide variety of pieces of wood. A CNC enthusiast writes to you from Cuba. Cheers
Absolutely stunning. Thank you. Fun to watch and see the finished product.
Thank you for sharing your experiences with the world 👍👍👍
I love watching you do these videos. Your work is awesome.
Hi Nik, would it be possible to share some of the info on the settings you use on your cnc, speds/feeds and more importantly, as i have just started to experiment with inlays, the depth of your cuts with the engraving bits.
Many thanks and fabulous work 👍
Absolutely amazing as always. How long does a board like that take between design and build to finish.
Brendan Lenane More like how long the design lasts?
@@VijayaBjoshi Don't be fooled by the modern techniques, carpenters, particularly cabinet and instrument makers have used variations on this technique for hundreds of years and they survive today, some examples of inlays are thought to date back as far as 4500 years, although they are in stone rather than wood.
@@TartanStraitJacket agree. And ancient technique with modern twist always helped to evolution. Basic principles remain the same.
The last word speaks it self
@@sanb3586 Beutifull piece- a work of art buy I am making the boards without any fancy equipment- being newbie do not have all the tools. No CNC -just borrowed meter saw and crossed fingers, toes and eyes 🤣. Never done woodwork in my life- Only word I do not have in my dictionary is CAN'T. I will give it a go. Wish me luck
Beautiful as always, the tree is amazing!! Thanks for sharing :)
Fantastic work, job well done!
This makes me really want the cnc I'm eyeballing. Fantastic work!!
Wow!Outstanding as always!
These are wonderful. I am surprised by the accuracy of the CNC on small wood inlays. Can you give us a rough estimate as to the cost of these?
wonderful, i really loved it 😍
Speechless! Stunning work! Keep it up!
Fabulous, you are total artist , V Carve Supremo. I've never seen anything that is a patch on your work
check out Dennis van hoof, his stuff is right up there
He's a good boy
You do beautiful work.
Thank you!
Very nice. Is there a reason you don't use a bigger bit when surfacing?
That is what i thought. use a surfacing bit but don't take out too much at a time.
Thank you for making another video.
Great i always look forward to a new movie with longing
Comme d'habitude, magnifique. Un travail de titan....👌
Just an astonishing job as alwas....😍
Good job i think with black epoxy it wil be better
How much would it be to buy something like this?
That is beautiful if you don`t me asking, what is the make of your CNC machine
It's an Axiom
@@perrysteed4069 Thanks
do you use a hydraulic press to glue the inlays? awesome work!!
yes, we are using a hydraulic press to glue the inlays
Nice work, as always. Were the clamps used to press the board custom made? I refer to the clamps that appeared at minute 2 of the video. Do you think about making a shop tour video?
Судя по изображению Тузика и корейских иероглифов на разделочной доске, эта доска, для корейского ресторана. Шучу конечно. А так, все просто с ногсшибательно и умоупомрачительно. Super job, как говорят англоязычные. Удачи и Процветания
Thanks for videos. Good jobs. What is glue you use ?
Awsome ,whats the name of the cnc )))
it is a self-built machine
What kind of toolpath do you use to create the extruded inlay portion (the walnut) I’ve been trying to contour with the 15° bit and trace but it cuts off way too much. If I try to use the engrave feature on fusion it cuts too much material off as well.
Wicked Talented!
Absolutely amazing.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
💯💯💯👏👏👏
Do you buy individual bottles of glue or bulk and reuse the bottle?
You broke the tree piece 🤣🤣
Amazing
This is amazing, omg I love it!!
what bit do you cut the blank free with? I have 1/2" and it get caught most of the time. Is that a long 1/4 bit?
fabulous
what is the gap between male and female parts?
How long do you wait from gluing the male plug to milling off the waste? Does the end mill get fouled up?
on the tapered ballnose bit...quick question...how does it get all the way to the final depth without distorting the super fine lines of parts of the piece? Or does it distort them? I ran a 1/8" end mill for clearance then changed the bit to a spetool .5mm diameter tapered ball nose bit with 1/8" shank and let it run overnight and came back this morning and it had stopped...I cant figure out why...it stopped in the super tiny lines of a very fine vector almost like it couldnt reach the final cut depth without distorting the edges of the vector...does it know that and that is why is stopped? or should it just have kept running passes and widening the vectors (due to the taper) until it reached the final depth? please let me know thanks
like the whiskers for example is that depth consistent with the rest of the inlay? how does it get that deep without making the whiskers wider due to the taper?
Beautiful
Шикардос!
Man...I need a cnc!
Mesmerizing!!
Ever consider doing an inlay also using resin?
Impressive, way to be original
Can you put on their "obverse [] reverse "
What engraving bit are you using?
Great job bro
Actually Insane
Amazing. Very cool
Curious why you dont use a fly cutter?
Because he cuts wood, not flies.
Schönes Video 👍
Do people actually use these WORKS OF ART as cutting boards?
Very nice dude!
Обалденно!👍👍👍
What is your CNC router?
Superb work
What type of woods are your using?
never mind looked at your webpage
Шедеврально!!!
I Have the same rough estimate cost on this.
If I sent you a picture of my Dog wee man Arthur he was a Jack Russel we had 17 amazing years he went over the rainbow bridge 26/09/2919 we miss him each and every day and I would love a board with two pictures his picture from a puppy to his end what would be the cost as I am in Scotland 🏴 UK
I want one to break up and roll blunts/joints on!
Masterklass👍
B R A V O ! ! ! !
Сколько времени уходит на фрезировку вставки?
A PAINTING IN WOOD!
amazing vid
Круто, очень красиво!
Amazing!!!!
Wonderful 💓🌹💐
F A N T A S T I C
brave fly
👍
How many you can do with 1 bit? (Average) ?
It depends on the quality and what the bits are made out of. I'm guessing you could probably get around 12 hours of cutting time out of the bits that he's using
@@nicholasengeln2273 thanks man!
So beautiful 😻
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
👏👏👏👏👏👏
Интересно сколько такая доска стоит?
✌️👷♂️
nice woodworking design! very original, like it! But in my opinion the background music of cutting wood could be a little lower, the song you've chosen is beautiful
Вот не предъявишь Заказчику "процесс работы", он тебе её оценит, как обыкновенную гравюру...
Insano ,😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
Кто сможет подсказать, как это делается?
А по видео не понятно?
1000th like-1k
Again, looks half-finished and unprofessional without the lines matching...
