I really like the voiceover format -- very useful information there with the bits used and feeds/speeds. Keep up the great videos! Very satisfying watching these take shape.
I like the new format, lots of your stuff is done very showy, which is nice for mindless entertainment, but this is a lot more educational and personal. Like it a lot.
Excellent piece of work Nik. Could you also make a short video about your press? I'm planning to buy one in near future and was wondering what futures should I look for.
Great board and great video again. What spindle do you use? Im looking for a manual ATC-spindle in this time which can handle this size of toolholders.
How do you keep your inlays from cracking. Often when I put a lot of glue in a pocket, it causes the base to cup just enough, and stresses out the inlay, pulling it apart. Do you wet the other side before putting in a press to offset the moisture from the glue applied to the top ?
@@Broinwood I purchased one of your templates and am using relatively close to your recommendations, pocket is 0 start and a flat depth of .23" and inlay is start of .2 and flatdepth of .07" giving me a .03" void and a gap for the bandsaw blade of 0.07". Thanks for the reply 🙂
How to find inlay parameters.

Thanks, will do!
I agree the finish is the best part. Great job as always!
It's so cute and fun but high end! I love dark wood and that light wood is the perfect color contrast!

Thank you!
Very neat Nik. Great job and something a little different!!
You're the master. I'm a huge fan.
I absolutely love this board
Your content is always fun to watch!
Another outstanding project! Also, I really appreciate the narration you added. That extra info is very valuable. Cheers!
Looks great! 😂 love it
This is interesting Nik I have never do a double sided inlay.
Brilliant!
Awesome work

Thank you! I will, but first I need to finish all videos about the boards I made😅
Damn its precise to what you created makes me wonder about the aspire app i know
Great work as always. Could you please share with us the machine make/model and what software you use for your designs? Many thanks

Amazing! Do you use conventional or climb cut?
Do you zero off the surface of the cutting board to trim away the excess inlay?
6:46 what tablet & program are you using? And would you recommend it if you had to buy again?
Looks like Shapr3D

No, I am not wetting the other side. I think it depends on the inlay size and board thickness.

Привет!
Из чего сделан пирог доски?
Great video. IS that the Stepcrafter Q series? How is it working for you?
Thank you! You're right, it is the Q404. So far, I like it.
Nice work man. I am looking at getting software to do this kind of work. What do you use? Vcarve Pro or the whole Aspire 2k software...
Thank you! Vcarve Pro
Would you be able to share what CNC machine you are using please?
I think it is a STEPCRAFT M-series
Thank you!!!!!!
It may u have the same cuestión many times: but.. what software or program are you using ?? If is not much asking..😅
What’s the name of the drawing app? I’m always trying out new apps. Thanks
