Hello sir , Season greetings..and Great job you are doing out there, Based on preparation and measuring the S.G of my lye I arrived at 1275 but the mixture was very hot it melted my rubber container, and on preservation, I tried using the lye after two days to produce another soap , I check d SG.. it have bounce back to the red part of the Hydrometer, do I need to reconstitute back to 1275 with the same solution by adding more Caustic soda??
I need help because the hydrometer i bought has small white marking on top followed by red,then green and small yellow at the bottom and very small white marking at the bottom.the graduation on the hydrometer are 1.300 at the bottom,1.200 in the middle and 1.100 at the top .please how do i use it .
you are more detailed than any other. but that calculator, the sage.com their result in green said use between 160.85-155.77 grams for 1000ml of pko is it to maintain the milliliter of water stated ie 250-375 ?. however, the calculator does not state whether this is for bar soap or toilet soap. how will some one determine that.

For liquid soap you don't need hydrometer

This depends on type oils you want to use.....pko is used for bar soap
