Would love to see a video where Hannah advises us on essentials that every woman should have in her makeup bag for people like me who don't have a clue.😊
Absolutely, great idea, I’ll do that 🙌💕

Loving the tips definitely going to give it try 😊 you both look beautiful, thank you for sharing 😊💕
This was the most helpful tutorial I have ever watched. Thank you so much❤
Glad it was helpful!
That was absolutely great to watch! I’ve been doing the wrong order with correcter too, so I’ll definitely be changing that! The eyeliner trick was super helpful too! Wonderful tips that the everyday woman can use! Thank you so much Hannah and Melissa, you’re both beautiful!🌸🇨🇦
So pleased you enjoyed it ✨
It’s nice to see an everyday makeup tutorial that doesn’t include putting 50lbs of makeup on! Melissa, you don’t need Botox. You are beautiful as is! I laughed when you said your husband doesn’t like the look of it because my husband feels the same way!
Oh thank you!
American woman here… thank you so much, this is gold! I like the lighter hand in using products. Less is more. 💖
You are so adorable and beautiful. It was not only an utter joy to watch you but I also learned so much. Melissa, I can relate so much to you because I never really knew what to do with all of these products and in the end hardly used any makeup. But Hannah's tutorial was absolutely brilliant and I am going to watch your session again and virtually sit next to Melissa trying to dab dab dab the right areas 😂❤ Thank you so much for your hard work! You always make my day
Thank you so much!

Thank you, you too 💕
Thank you! You too!
Two lovely ladies 🥰
Thank you! 🤗
Got to love the tomboy Mellisa is....H says "blend...dab.." and M goes "pat, pat, pat...drag" 😀. Made me laugh as that's how I do it as well. Don't have the patience for makeup. Thank you for the tips, H. And M, you look lovely and thanks for this session. Hope you had a lovely time at your event.
So pleased you enjoyed it, Melissa is just a delight isn’t she 🤩
low maintenance and always looks amazing 💕
Thank you ladies, that was so helpful, luckily I have a few of those products already so I’m off to practise!
You are so welcome!
Ooh great, let us know how you get on ✨
Such a great video. Great tips.
Thanks so much!
Melissa love your make up face, I have a similar one where my mouth is open as I concentrate!! This was really useful Thank you ❤
My tongue is usually half hanging out too!!! 😝😝
During the pandemic I became very lazy about makeup. I really enjoyed this session! I feel motivated now! Thank you😊
I'm so glad!
Really enjoyed this video
Glad you enjoyed it
Two beautiful ladies both looked amazing even with no makeup on.
I loved watching Melissa whacking the makeup on like I do while Hannah professionally patted it on gently😅
Some good tips though, because like Melissa, I always put concealer on first before foundation so I'll have to try it the other way now.
So pleased you enjoyed it, let us know how you get on ✨💕
You make me laugh Melissa 😊
It must be awesome working for you, or just hanging around with you.
You look stunning, please no botox mentioning 😅
This tutorial was very useful, I always learn something new from you ladies!
Thank you Hannah! ❤
Oh thank you!
Beautiful 😍
Thank you! 😊
thank you that was great i learnt so much cheers
Glad it helped
Love your videos Hannah have been using your tips and have to say the smallest of changes to your routine make a massive difference. The placement of my blusher has changed my face for the better 😂. Love the eyeliner tip it certainly does make your eyes more defined. What blusher colours are universal for blonde hair, fair skin and green eyes? X
I’m so pleased you found the tips useful, with regards to blusher, I’d suggest a lovely soft pink or coral on fair skin, a peach would also be nice especially with green eyes ✨💕
Rather off topic, but I would love it if you could show another Amazon haul for the upcoming autumn/winter season. I have learned so much from watching your videos. You've got me excited about clothes. Thank you 😊
New Amazon video is coming on Sunday!
Great tips, I’m going to try concealer, always been scared of it
Just use a small amount and be careful not to put too much under the eye area, good luck ✨💕
You should!
I feel very vulnerable without makeup she says just as I am thinking I wish I could look only half as beautiful as Melissa does right now.
Thank you but do remember that I have studio lighting that smooths away any imperfections!
Thank you great to see this in split screen mode! You both look lovely ! Definitely no need for Botox Mellissa. I couldn't find the name of the lighter shade of the Bobbie Brown Eye Colour that was used, before the Taupe?
I think it’s called light pink but I’ll check once I’m back from holiday as I don’t have it on me here.
So helpful! What is the lighter shade of the Bobbi Brown shadow stick. It looks pink but there are several pink colors in the line.
Its called golden pink
That was fun and informative 👍You both look absolutely amazing!!!! Thank-you both. Melissa you are always fun! Hannah, I'm 70 now and what worked for me in the past doesn't seem to work now. I have more to cover up and blush looks kind of crazy. I still wear some make-up almost everyday but no blush. I don't want to look like 'a shady lady going to a wedding'. Hannah, If you ever have any advice for the YES crowd I'd appreciate it. By the way, YES crowd = Young Energetic Seniors and no offense intended on the shady lady bit to anyone watching, just a old saying of my mother's. Thanks
Loving the acronym YES crowd 🤩 I completely understand as we age our skin changes and sometimes we have a natural redness we can use to our advantage as a lovely natural blusher, 🙌 so you may find you don’t need to add, I would maybe suggest a light tinted moisturiser with spf or alternatively a cc cream to even out the skin tone, anything lovely and light ✨
It’s always nice to add colour pigment to your lips for a more youthful look without looking like a shady lady 😂
I hope this helps ✨💕
@@HannahHallMakeup Unfortunately I don't have any redness except maybe on my nose, but I don't think that's what you mean. 🤣 Joking aside, I'm not sure what you mean cc cream? Thanks for your response. I'll keep trying 😊.
@@leannsews cc stands for colour corrector and it evens out the skin tone, we have linked the erborian cc cream on the moonsift board in the links attached, I hope this helps ✨
Fantastic video, I will definitely be speaking to Hannah at some point.
Go for it!
So pleased you enjoyed it, I look forward to meeting you ✨💕
Did you start with a sunscreen first and then add your primers over that?? Thank you!
Yes that’s correct, apply all skincare including your spf, let it settle into the skin before applying your primer… I hope this helps ✨💕
What is purpose of using two different facial primers? Also, how does one determine the color of concealer one should use?
One primer made the skin tone equal, the other gave highlight to the area where you need highlighting. Concealer - go into a makeup shop and they’ll help you choose one. X
Excellent stuff! When Hannah says eye ‘socket’, I think she actually puts the Bobbi Brown on her eyelid, though?!? 🧐
I am first AWESOME!!!😜🤪
What products would you start/invest in when improving your make up bag when you are menopausal and have redder skintone?
Aww I know I’m getting a lot of redness as I get older too 😊 I’d recommend a red correct cream, it’s a green cream to cancel out any redness, there are lots on the market, erborian do one that’s great, it’s linked in the moonsift board in the comments, I hope this helps✨💕
@@HannahHallMakeup fab thank you, are there any other essentials that I should add?
@@sewkanna5723 It’s difficult for me to recommend without seeing you, as we age it’s important to really hydrate the skin with a good moisturiser and spf, I’d also recommend a nice light tinted moisturiser or skin tint as a base, I hope this helps ✨💕
This was fun, I don't need a makeup tutorial but I watched all the way through anyway 🙂. Random change of subject but could you ask Hannah where she got her bed from please!! xx
So pleased you enjoyed watching ✨ my bed is from the White Company, It’s pretty old now 😊
@hannahhallmua Thank you Hannah 🙂
Hannah is such a beautiful woman!
Aww thank you 😊 that’s very kind ✨💕
What colour is the lighter Bobbi Brown eyeshadow stick Thanks
Light pink
When i wear mascara on lower lashes, it always smudges onto my face as the day wears on. Even waterproof. Any suggestions?
To be honest the same happens to me! If anybody knows how to prevent this let us know!
I used to have the same problem and the only thing that works for me is tubing mascara. Clinique do one specifically for bottom lashes (with a tiny brush) though I just use one by wow combo which ships from the US - never heard of the brand but have gone through 4 of their mascaras how. Even better, tubing mascara removes easily with a bit of warm water and very gentle rubbing of the tubes :)
Also, make sure you apply the tiniest bit of pressed powder the the eyes before applying the (tubing) mascara as this will help prevent smudging too
You are funny Melisa😊
Am I?!?! My kids don’t think so 🤣🤣🤣
Isn’t she just…gorgeous inside & out ✨💕
💕🇸🇪
Very brown bronzer😅
Aww I know, a bit too dark for Melissa 🤪😂
Great video!Very good tips which I definitely I am gonna try it as I find always difficult to do an eyeshadows🫣😄…..and Melissa I must finally say this which I think you heard plenty of times-you look like a copy of Kate Hudson🥰
I do get that quite a lot but I can’t see it myself! Thank you though, I’ll take it!
This was fab. Melissa you asked such good questions! ❤👏
Glad you enjoyed it!
