I wish you had more dresses with sleeves. My arms not as good as yours 😊
Same problem 😢
Noted!
Same here and cannot wear the low necklines either. Maybe do a over 60 one for the older ladies in the group
@@bethtaylor8402 no I’ve don’t do low necks either. Nobody wants to see that, not even me😂. Melissa did a video with her mum, petite over 70, around a year ago. Have a look for it. 😊
I wear a lot of the things Melissa shows, I look younger than I am, except my cleavage and arms😖
Thank you so much for your free videos! All of us benefit from your styling expertise!
Glad you like them!
You actually could wear a paper bag and look beautiful! 😘 Thanks for all the fantastic content. Hugs from the Southeastern U.S.
Oh thank you but you should see me without makeup and the studio lights - I would definitely scare a few people!!!
You are greatly appreciated for your free videos ❤
That’s nice of you to say, thank you x
As usual, Monty stole the show! Love to see him in your videos.
Thank you! 🐶🐶🐶🐶
Awwww. Love Monty. Btw, in my opinion you look more stylish in the sizes you said were too big for you. I like the sense of ease a slightly oversized piece provides.
I’d pinned them at the back to make them work, without the pinning they were huge!
These are my favorite!!
Love your style so much Melissa❤
one of my favourite videos!
Another fantastic video!
Melissa that black knotted dress is made for you...black really suits you in this casual dress style.Enjoy your holiday.
Exactly my thoughts, too
Thank you 🙏
Lovely, thanks Melissa always look forward to your fantastic styling tips.
You are so welcome!
Hi Melissa. What a great video. Boy, if money was plentiful I would definitely choose one of each. TFS 😊
❤Love everything so much! Thank you for all you do for us. 😊
You are so welcome!
Lovely stuff
Love your videos
Love it all!!! ❤❤❤ Thank you!!
Thanks for watching!
I see only one problem with these videos, you would look amazing in a feed sack, me not so much.. lol!! I love your channel and adore you and all the ladies that help you out!!❤
Oh thank you! Have a look at the body shape masterclasses to see women of all different shapes and sizes being dressed by myself live on the channel x
Beautiful selection of clothes!
Thank you! 😊
Great video, love all those items you were sharing particularly the joggers. Have a great break and look forward to the next time. Thanks for the podcast link.
Thanks so much!
I like that brown long dress. I like the arm cut, I have short dress cut like that at the arms and they feel great.❤
Thank you for this - The podcast is fun to listen to!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I really enjoyed this video Melissa❤Thanks!😍You look so beautiful in everything 🤩
Thank you so much!!
Fantastic video as always xx
Thanks so much!
Beautiful 😍
Very helpful! Thank you
You're welcome!
I like your style sooo much and all your outfits are so so cool! Actually videos where you show outfits on yourself I find most interesrimg. You are such a lovely lady, everything on you is spot on..the hair, the colours, jewelery, make up, outfits...it all matches your complexion, your body shape, your eye and hair colour...If only I could purchase these cool outfits, too! I live in Serbia (Europe). o doubt they ship to my country and if they do shipping fees are so high
Thank you so much!!
So grateful for your channel, Melissa! I already implemented some of your tips and got myself Amazon sandals which I love. I love how you make it all so simple and clear and also inspiring.
You are so welcome!
I look forward to your post:) Thank you
Thanks for watching!
You rock.❤❤❤
You are awesome thankyou so much❤
No problem 😊
I watch for Monty…🤣❤️
Excellent content !
Glad you think so!
Have been keeping an eye out for an inverted triangle/athletic build masterclass for a petite woman.😊 Love your videos so much❤
When someone like that volunteers then we’ll dress them but I’m afraid I’m beholden to whoever volunteers! I’ll dress anyone!
Brilliant Melissa as always! I loove your style 👌🥰 This reminds me of when you started and did hardly know how to use the equipment🫣😂 You are and have always been so stylish😘
Thank you Eva, not sure if I know how the equipment works even today!!!!! Thanks for sticking with me x
@@mmpersonalstyling I have learned soo much and I get so much inspiration! Of course I am following you! Some of my girlfriends do too 😘
I heard the podcast and you were brilliant as always 👏
Thanks for listening, I was very nervous!!!
My colleagues and friends have started to notice a difference in the way i dress and i'm getting so many complaints since putting your rules into place. And do you know what, it's all happened without loosing any weight, and its all thanks to your content. So thanks for another video full of great content x
You’re very welcome, glad the advice is helping you. Thanks for watching! X
The cardigan jacket at the end is such a good staple. I bought it after your previous video and seem to have created four new outfits from it for work. 👍
Wonderful! Really glad it’s working for you, thanks for letting me know x
That’s really good to know because I’ve just bought it. I mused over it in the last video but didn’t buy it,but it looked fabulous on Melissa with the navy.
@@trishhickson1550it’s also nice if you don’t want to be in a more restrictive blazer. I think it’s lovely. Hope you like it. Joanne x
@@joannelaird5294 no that’s right. I feel very formal in blazers as my style is much more casual. It looks smart but casual at the same time.
Lovely but so pricey! Good ideas for shopping for similar styles in Auz when summer arrives.👍
We do a monthly Amazon video and more often that not we show items from places like H&M, mango etc
Love Monty and you of course! All the looks are great, really like everything you showed today, off to get some of these lovely pieces!
Hi Melissa I don’t know how I missed this. What a great video..but they all are. You looked wonderful in everything. I have heard Free People run large, but thought even the pieces that you could have sized down in looked great. Omg that dress with the gathered knot ❤❤❤that green jumper with the palazzo pants made you look like you were 5’8” tall, the little light denim outfit was great, the drop waist dress was gorgeous on you. I had a plum color one years ago and I loved that dress. Everything was fun and look comfy. I loved when you put that little top with the buttons over the gym out fit and then wow you could go anywhere. I loved the shorter cardigan too. Really there was nothing that I disliked. I think you were thinking of terry cloth..we were terry cloth wraps or top to cover our bathing suits. For years I wore long tops..I heard they were coming back. Let’s hope they are not those awful weird ones with points on the bottom. Tops like those make us d cup girls ..( I am talking about me ) , look like we have a tent on. Now, I realize for me a shorter jacket or sweater looks better. I feel taller since I know better how to dress. For that I think you Melissa. You are so stylish and pretty. Does your husband like clothes. Do you style him. 22:19 Take care Melissa can you believe it will be Sept tomorrow? Thanks for all you do for us free. ❤❤❤❤
My husband isn’t too interested in style but yes, I do buy his clothes!
The first dress with dropped waist is gorgeous. I have a similar dress in black, but less tight, yet I'm more conscious of my wide hips.... it feels as if the dropped waist puts more emphasis on the hips. (And since menopause and covid interrupted my life the past few years and my body changed (read: added on everywhere), I've seldom worn a dress. I would like one though....
It shouldn’t add weight to the hips if the drop waist is sitting at the right place on your body frame….
Great vid….. loved the knot dress. Is there a link for the straw bag pls?❤
I’ve put it on for you but it’s sold out (you can put an alert on so they tell you when it’s back in stock) but I’ve also added some similar ones that we use in the studio x
Hi, I've been watching your channel for a while now, but would like to request a video for styling for skinner women. Not all slim/skinny women land up having the best styled outfits....UK size 6 to 8....may sound crazy, but id love to see one
I’d love to but none have volunteered so far and I’m beholden to whoever volunteers I’m afraid!
I loved the palazzo jumpsuit but it was only available in XS on the website
I’ve changed it to an xs. They constantly get new stock in so keep checking back!
Love these! I’m in Texas with 100+ degree temps, so I’m always looking for sweat proof cool outfits or sun protection outfits. Is there a link for the bag and hat clip?
I’ll put it on for you x
I know this is an older video, so not sure if you're monitoring comments?
I have been watching all of your videos, and know that you rarely wear black. Since learning that I have picked up pieces in lighter neutrals.
However, I previously thought I should wear black to hide my tummy, so I still have a lot of nice black pieces in my wardrobe. Also, a cultural/religious "tradition" for me is to wear black for funerals so I need to have access to black when those occasions arise.
Could you consider a video to show us how to brighten up some black pieces in our wardrobes rather than discarding them?
I feel sure there are many women who have the same issues.
Thank you!
Black only goes with black or white and maybe tan if you also include white. It doesn’t look great either any other colours without the neutral colours included.
@mmpersonalstyling OK thank you! I've always only mixed it with those neutrals, so I suppose I am doing it right. I just see so little black in your videos, I wasn't confident in how I was wearing it and wanted to get your opinion. Thank you!
I love your videos! I’m in Montana so I am very grateful for the Internet! I’ve been looking for a white sleeveless top with a square neck forever. I have not been able to find one. I am quite small 34 bust small rib cage. I did find one but it was too big into the arms. Could you please send a link for the one you have on? I don’t find it in your US links included in this video. Thank you!❤

Another great video,Mellisa!
I just wanna ack about knit jacket with gold buttons! where it come from? I cannot find a link of that item.😮
It’s from John Lewis. If you ever can’t find a link it’s because it wasn’t available in your country or it’s sold out. We then provide you with alternatives.
Any tips for apple shaped women in sweat suits? I often find them very unflattering. I am size 14 and similar shape to the lady I. Your first apple shape video
Have a watch of my body shape masterclasses with larger stomachs . I think I put most of them in a jumpsuit but it all depends on the style. You’ve got to pick a style that will broaden your shoulders and hips so the waist looks smaller, that’s the only way they’ll work.
I am a US size 12/14 and my belly is very large, and D cup size. I feel very round. Will the the one piece pants work with a shape like mine? What can hide a belly in casual wear? Thank you for the wonderful videos.
As long as the rest of the outfit was balancing you out then yes! BUT if the outfit isn’t broadening you in other areas then no. Have a look at my body shape masterclasses where I dress women with different body shapes like on the channel (including putting women with large stomachs in outfits like you’ve just asked about). X
Hi Melissa question, what brand is the white cardigan you are wearing in this video? i really like it i want to see if i can find it!!!.
It’s an old Zara one but we’ve linked a really nice one from Barbour that’s still in stock
I wish you had longer shorts. My legs are not as good as yours (beige playsuit!)
Longer shorts are back in fashion but unless you’ve got very slender toned legs they’re very hard for most people to wear.
💖🚀💫✨
what kind of bra do you wear under the black twist dress with spaghetti straps? I have never worn a strapless. Do you have tips and tricks for choosing one? I hate seeing women tugging and hiking them.
Just a strapless one, just go to a bra fitting place to get a good fitting one.
💕🇸🇪
Hi can I ask what underwear you recommend under strappy tops? I'd really like not to have a bra or straps visible, but I find strapless bras very uncomfortable. I'm a D / DD cup.
I wear a strapless bra but have a look at nood stickers, they’re a great alternative
Fabulous bits just too pricey
We mainly do things from H&M, mango etc., but many of our audience is requesting a different quality so just trying to keep everyone happy! We also do a monthly Amazon video of that helps?
Monty needs his own channel! Is he on Instagram? x
He’s not but I’m sure he’d love the attention!!!
Melissa, the US links are not working.
I can see that over 4,000 have accessed them so I think it might be an issue at your end i'm afraid. Try this direct link instead: www.moonsift.com/collection/mm_personal_styling2022/hVjFuZ2WPODYyTXwlfTA
The crotch area on most of those outfits looked quite low. I know you said they ran big but you didn't mention that issue. Is it an issue??
No it wasn’t an issue but I changed everything for an xs apart from the black dress and the general fit overall was much better. Ps. I’m never an xs!
