I made this last night and excuse my french but this is F***** DELICIOUS!!! Oh my God, the flavor profile of all the seasonings you put here gave this such a rich, seasoned smoky flavor! These are by FAR the best chimichangas I have ever ate!! And I had my favorites at restaurants!!! Don't have to pay anymore!! Woohoo! You are the bomb. I'm a convert and will be trying all your recipes. I used canned chipotles (4) and chicken broth since I had them ready at home. Sooooo goood. I can't thank you enough for this treasure of a recipe! My man devoured these and for the first time I didn't hear a peep during dinner. Too busy scarfing these down!!!

Really depends, but if we can freeze it, we do. We don't like to waste food, specially if its so delicious!
