I can't believe how lucky I am for finding this series. I was looking for a good carnitas recipe and yours was by far the best. I've spent the rest of the afternoon looking at your programs. Thanks for all the love and care you and yours put into these!
Never underestimate how much assistance, how much satisfaction, how much comfort, how much soul and transcendence there might be in a well-made taco and a cold bottle of beer. I love this spring chicken tacos :-) Happy hungry! CHeers, Domenico.
Taquitos are by far my favorite food. I’ve watched over a dozen videos on making them but they all used an adhesive to keep the taquitos closed but yours is by far the best. I bought toothpicks specifically to close them parallel to the flap but going straight into the taquitos and then going through two? GENIUS!! If I could, I’d give you 10 thumbs up is I could.
Wow! In the last 3 weeks I've done at least 10 of your recipes! I now use your rice and refried beans for all my southwestern dishes. I cannot wait to try this consummate! Tonight we're doing chicken tacos and tomorrow night we'll be doing this recipe for New Years Eve 2022 dinner. Can't wait to see what you have for 2023!
You have such a sweet personality and presentation. Your husband looks like such a nice guy! You two are blessed. This looks fantastic. I love this type of food. Thank you. God bless all here.
Wish I could have been here for the live chat! But this was an EXCELLENT video and recipe. Wow! So delicious. I can't wait to try it! Great work Rossana and Nelson!! 💙✨
Best looking taquitos I've seen in decades. Time to acquire the yellow version of the lime press. We have one and it does lemons but also does the larger limes too. Love the blender !
Looks delicious and I want to consommé I know I would drink that by the cup full. That’s how I pickle my onions also learned it when we lived in Mexico
I don't know about jalapenos where you live, but the ones we get here in central Texas grocery stores are a joke. 99% of them are slightly hotter than bell peppers. So far it seems like they havent bred the "hot" out of habaneros (my all-time favorite pepper) but they're a rare find around here. Love your videos! 🙂
I've noticed in the past couple years, jalapenos have not been hot AT ALL. I've gotten into the habit of just eating them whole because they are so tame. Something about nutrients in the soil or something? I'm not sure but it disappoints me immensely. Switched to serranos for anything needing some spice as the habaneros seem to go bad rather quickly around here.
Agree, as a native yuman, living in the east cost for 10 years now, when ever I visit family, my first stop is the chili pepper. I also like their green chili burritos.
Interesting, I've always just had those store bought taquitos and ate them straight up without the consume and other items you used, that makes it look sooooo much better!! I'll definitely have to test this one out! Thanks for sharing. :-)
Greetings from East Texas! I have never seen Taquitos prepared like this! The pickled onions look fantastic. I will have to give it a try. Blessings to you and your family
Thank you for using the paddle attachment and deboning the chicken before shredding... There's a mexican cooking channel where the chick uses the whisk and throws it in bones and all... I can just imagine her kids choking on shards of bone...
Deep fried would be fine although I'm pretty sure they would float, sort of defeating the purpose. I always shallow fry everything, quesadillas especially so I can absorb some oil on paper towel after flipping. Peanut oil for fried chicken too so I only use like 1/6 vs deep frying, saves money.
Splendid! It looks delicious! But... it's not a consommé! In cooking, a consommé is a type of clear soup made from richly flavored stock or broth that has been clarified, a process that uses egg whites to remove fat and sediment. Origin: France Anyway, SUPER CONGRATULATIONS
We all have different portions we prefer to have when it comes to taquitos. How many would you have?
3 !
20
4-5, sober.
As many as would fit. LOL!
12 hands down, then a pocito siesta... Ahhh good food makes you want more then a nap. Lol
Nelson out here living his best life

You guys are too fun together. You have become one of my favorite channels.

Glad you enjoyed it!

Después de ver el video varias veces finalmente las hicimos y siguiendo las instrucciones paso a paso el resultado fue genial. Gracias.

That looks so delicious...beautiful presentation too! 💗💗💗
It was! Glad you like it!
Drooling drooling 🤤🤤🤤
Looks delicious. Does pickling the peppers make them a little less hot? My mouth is watering.
🌸 Wow deliciosa receta muy buena 👌
Hi Rossana, i can't throw out all that lovely consume! It was delicious, What can i make with it ??
Great video. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Will definitely try.

Awesome video thank you.
Looks delicious! Can’t wait to try this recipe.
Hi Rosanna, cut those large limes in 1/4 slices! Your videos are so great to follow!🤗

as of lately same here in Houston tx. I thought it was just a bad season for them. The serranos lately have been really spicy though try those instead
Wow that really looks good , the only way I can imagine serving Taquitos is with rice and beans but this looks awesome like a TaQuito soup
Thx for the shredded chicken hack!
You’re welcome!
This looks deliciosa. I will definitely have to try this recipe.
That looks great. I wonder about it with an elite salad on top instead of the onions. I think I will try this whole thing this week.
Oh wow ;! Can I order one dozen for me;!!! I have to definitely make those;! Thanks y’all for sharing!! Ironworker Doug.
Love the episode - what else can you use the sauce for - it looks like it made a lot more that you would use for this (making this tonight)
Hi Rossana. I must have missed this one.
Best flautas ever are made in Yuma Az at Chili Pepper.... I can easily eat a dozen by myself.
Agree, as a native yuman, living in the east cost for 10 years now, when ever I visit family, my first stop is the chili pepper. I also like their green chili burritos.
Which cheese did you use? Looks freaking delicious 🤗
This looks so good! I can't wait to make it :)
Hope you like it! It’s sooo good!
With the all the other veges and salsa served with them, four would be a nice dinner for me. I like using the chicken broth for the blender broth.
Sounds great!
This looks so good! How do you dispose of the used frying oil?
Excellent video 👏I had to stop watching at the end because you were making me very hungry 😂.
Mouth watering😊😊
I understand your feeling ☺️
“I just got a facial” 😂😍
Holy shit, you are a true chef! Fantastic content and food. Thank you!

is there a substitute for the tomatoios (green tomato things)?
Habeneros? OMG you keep amazing us!
Greetings from East Texas! I have never seen Taquitos prepared like this! The pickled onions look fantastic. I will have to give it a try. Blessings to you and your family
I just realized I’ve been using my lemon/lime juicer wrong this whole time 😅 thank you

Flautas are made with flour tortillas & taquitos are rolled, tacos are folded🌮
what can i replace tomatillos with? they don't sell them here in england :(
Can I serve taquitos with salsa alone?
"can't fit it in" oh myyyyyy
5 or 6 dependin on if they are good!! 😋
Than you may want 7 of these ☺️
I say three or four depending how hungry I am lol 💜💜💜💜
Same here.
Looks so delicious!
Can I have a plate? 🥲
Can steam tortillas in plastic bag in microwave
4-5 for me. Recipe looks amazing Rossana 👌🏽
Nice
Do you have a recipe for Mexican cream? I'm in Europe and it isn't sold here. We have soup cream, whipping cream, cream fresh, evaporated milk.
So many ingredients. I’m looking for something simpler. I have made your steak quesadillas and they we’re great.
cut the ends of the 🍋 then in half then insert the lemon 🍋on top where is the pulp then squeeze.
How can you eat those hot 🔥 peppers? No way😮
😋🤤👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
I bought some hot pepper plants. Be careful about handling them. It never occurred to me to wear gloves. Good idea.
Would deep frying those babies be a no-no, maybe add some Cotija inside?
Deep fried would be fine although I'm pretty sure they would float, sort of defeating the purpose. I always shallow fry everything, quesadillas especially so I can absorb some oil on paper towel after flipping. Peanut oil for fried chicken too so I only use like 1/6 vs deep frying, saves money.
Send me da leftovers!!🤣
Can't 🥲
You make me fat hahaha I love you cooking.

Anyway, SUPER CONGRATULATIONS
Better know as flautas...
Looks delicious but the Yerba buena through me off. Just doesn’t make sense in combination with the other ingredients.
Those juicers are useless.....🤫
