You should consider a GTB2060VKLR or GTB2056v for this... I've got an Astra 1.9 150 with GTB2060VKLR running 2.5 bar boost, very impressive punchy turbos for an 4cyl diesel.
Yes in my previous videos I had a GTB2056 on a vectra and that was a great turbo. I do love the VKLR turbo series they are still a little pricy but great units without a doubt.

I have 2015 170bhp 2.0CDTI opel Insignia (situated in Denmark) would the turbo fit this car with out any need to upgrade clutch. Secondlybcan it be fattede in the UK for a price ofc.

Hi sorry to keep firing questions at you for the Vauxhall vectra where did you get r80 fuel pump from which car as I would like to upgrade the fuel system and I'm sure I will need a different rail pressure sensor as well thanks a gain
Hi mate now orries the R80 pump comes from the saab ttid or the later model alfa 2.4 jtd but check the plate on the pump it should have R80 printed on it

Is this the same for the astra gtc 2.0 cdti Sri ? Thinking about a hybrid turbo, and would it be an advantage having a bigger intercooler, decat and cat back silencer delete exhaust as well as remap ?

Hi thanks for the message its possible to obtain good power on this engine just from a remap so the demand for a bigger turbo isn t really there. If you were to fit a bigger turbo then a clutch upgrade would also be needed so its a bit of a rabbit hole.
@@dieseltuningincboosttechno4684Thanks for the reply,remap is 192 450nm flash and maybe 210 rolling not sure on torque gains.Im after about 240 and unfortunenatly ive hit a brick wall to what turbo will fit to reach this.Dont think the clutch needs upgrade but will if it does i will from what ive read anything over 240+ will need more.Im running at 192 flash its ok k&n cone intake dual exhaust exhaust.Thank you again.
Hi Yes we are called Boost Tech Uk and operate out of a small workshop in Plymouth. At the moment we only build Turbo units for the Vauxhall Diesel range.
Compared to the original turbo. How much more power are you talking with this turbo? As I said on a previous video my Insignia is getting remapped (on Friday) so you posting this video is making me think "Hmm someone has made an upgraded Turbo and I want to be able to slaughter the Bi-Turbo Insignias" 😂
This turbo will provide enough air for 235-40 bhp but to gain the full potential it will need mapping after the turbo is fitted. We are currently working with Rigde tech remaps they can be contacted via facebook.

I don t build them anymore as I am too busy but there are several still kicking around as they were really popular for a while.

Totally fine a chap in scotland has been running 1 for 2 years without issues just change the fluid to be safe.

It will run ok without a remap but there will be very little power increase until its remapped. The cost including delivery is £540.

The gtb1752 will get you 235bhp and the gtb1756 we are now doing will get 250bhp
