This reminds me of what my dad had me do for a workout. Do around 200 squats. With each squat you either lift a knee to your opposing elbow, or lift a leg up and out slowly and continue to the next squat. You only counted 1 when both legs had been lifted.
Then after the squats a workout bench was set to an incline and i had to balance on one leg lifting the other leg over to the other side of the bench and then back but never do more than tap it on the ground. 10-20 per leg. Balance is fixed real quick.
    Good memories

This was about 10 years ago when I was 16isn. Wasn't till recently I realized it was for practice kicking. My dad learned Muay Thai from his time overseas in Thailand/Cambodia. Had me do a lot of stuff similar to this.
Seeing this video pop up makes me think I should get back into it.

Did you get back into it? I've been really thinking about training again myself.
Haven't fought or even trained in almost 20 years (I'm 36). I was pro in my early 20's and then had a kid and life kind of happened. Never should've quit it was my entire reason for living.
Not sayin I regret my kids or don't love em but damn... 😂
