Excellent, you do a great job, I use your program on the FIT app ,its really helped me move forward, I'm fighting end of April, beginning May I'm thankful I found you , God Bless, Merry Christmas
This reminds me of what my dad had me do for a workout. Do around 200 squats. With each squat you either lift a knee to your opposing elbow, or lift a leg up and out slowly and continue to the next squat. You only counted 1 when both legs had been lifted. Then after the squats a workout bench was set to an incline and i had to balance on one leg lifting the other leg over to the other side of the bench and then back but never do more than tap it on the ground. 10-20 per leg. Balance is fixed real quick. Good memories
This was about 10 years ago when I was 16isn. Wasn't till recently I realized it was for practice kicking. My dad learned Muay Thai from his time overseas in Thailand/Cambodia. Had me do a lot of stuff similar to this. Seeing this video pop up makes me think I should get back into it.
Did you get back into it? I've been really thinking about training again myself. Haven't fought or even trained in almost 20 years (I'm 36). I was pro in my early 20's and then had a kid and life kind of happened. Never should've quit it was my entire reason for living. Not sayin I regret my kids or don't love em but damn... 😂
I m watching your videos from last two weeks . I had learnt a lot . I m from India . I m including your muay thai workout routine beforehand doing my yoga routine . I find it very useful . can you make a video on leg strength excercise s to get legs in shape without hitting gym bcoz I hate to go to gym . I like to do marine workouts ,done by commandos.etc . Again a nice video . will you tell about background music .

Challenge myself yesterday and I did it all 500 🙏🏾💪🏾🥵
Can I use this routine to loose belly fat and weight?
Most don't know how killer that is
What about 500 punching drills ?
Do front Mui Thai kicks try to land their shot using the top of their foot or bottom? Just wondering, couldn't tell from the clip because speed!😂
Ball of the foot to push
Wai khru🙏
I gotta do like 50 left kicks and 20 right kicks my left lad sucks

Im a beginner in muay thai and i was wondering if anyone knows the difference between performing a teep and a front kick?, much appreciated

I'm also a beginner I was also wondering the difference this is what I've found
It’s confusing but “teep “ means front kick in Thai
How to do like proper form
