Many folks neglect wrist and fist conditioning, unfortunately and yhe minute they hit something with thier hands they hurt their fist or sprain the wrist. 🤔 Those hand & wrist must be conditioned, and the tendon and joints of the arm and shoulders also for maximum power 💪
