It's great to see some careful considered fast riding only going for the overtake when you could see it was clear really not what the channel is about I'm sure but I appreciate seeing it. The lesson to take is no matter how fast you are always make sure the road ahead as far as you can see is clear before you go full commitment into a bend or go for an overtake. Being on a bike that can pass anything on the road is an amazing feeling. Ride safe and have fun✌️
Even though I ride a Husqvarna 701, knowing that it has almost the same power, I still wonder what it would be like to ride a Sxv, this bike is simply unique, I believe that no other bike will make me want to ride so much
It was a unique unicorn while it lasted. You got 10 minutes of fun, then you waited 4 months for parts and worked on fixing it for hours, spending a pile of money in the process.
it was awesome specs and looking bike! so sad engine was a dissaster(( my mech says - he will give an engine warranty on first 2 mins of idle after rebuild ))
Yeah I know :) I'm using a different oil pressure sensor (stock is 0.3bar) to monitor pressure and viscosity while riding. At high rpm and temps static pressure drops do to extreme high velocity and thats why it's flashing.
@@domenicorenzetti Hey Domenico - I have a similar XV as Suuper SXV - mine was built by Allen Noland with decked heads, and port matched throttle body, NTWC lightweight flywheel, NTWC race cams, full titanium under seat arrow exhaust, wiseco high comp pistons - pretty sure my SXV is making 75 rear wheel horsepower at a minimum. It's a blast to ride and will scramble your fucking brains when you let her rip!!!! oh yeah, I am running the XV Tuner Big Bang Map Go get some BROTHER!!!
Racing supermmoto bikes are very expensive to run. Fuel is cheap compared to the maintenance these bikes require. If the Aprilia seems cost prohibitive I suggest buying a DRZ400 or KLX 300 if you want a cost effective supermoto. Otherwise perhaps you could convert a XR650 or DR650 I suppose. The Aprilia will eat any of those bikes and also requires more maintenance. than all of them.
Ach hätte KTM doch etwas ähnliches mit dem 790er Motor gebracht. So radikal wie bei der Aprilia kommt das eh nicht mehr.....aber die 890SMT Ist dann halt doch eher ein Schiff :(
I've watched this probably 20 times already, still can't get enough of it.
Ong that bike is something else. Just the sound itself and then the engine aaah fantastic!!
And the service intervals 😂

Best sounding sumo without a doubt!
Neue Video- und Soundqualität ist sehr geil! Freu mich auf mehr Videos mit der SXV :)

I'm happy that you understood how I like to ride, being fast but not braindead and never depending on luck in a blind corner. Ride safe brother 🙏
That sounds absolutely incredible. Wow
S.l.a.w.a. Glückwunsch! Endlich wieder Frühling!

keep it alive especially when crank bearings are hard to find😅
Volpe is making new bearingz
Mikey has new prey . . .
Very cool bike, too bad here in the nordic countries there is never one for sale.
What gloves are you wearing?
Good quality. What camera? Gopro?
Camera: Dji action 3
Microphone: Zoom h1n
How much does it cost to maintain it?
it’s a pity in the CIS countries to find spare parts for it is unrealistic, a dream
Geiles Motorrad bin am überlegen mir auch eine von einem freund zu kaufen, auf was würdest du beim kauf achten?

every time the front wheel comes up your oil pressure light comes on ! is that normal?

@@SuuperSXV Which sensor are you using? I can't find one rated at higher pressure.
You only need to search for m10x1 pressure sensor, there are 2 types opener/closer, can't remember which one we need right now 🙄
It sounds a little lean when you let off the gas that's that popping noise you need to fatten it up
Is it true that u gotta get it checked every 50 hours or so?
Every 15 hours you have to change your oil 🙃😂
Is this modified or stock? Thanks
It's not stock :)
@@SuuperSXV okk, can you advise me some tune to do? I want buy an sxv in the next 4 week, I'D like have a power like your

What is maintenance like on this bike?
Pretty nasty, every 10-15h both oils and filter change
Have looked at several of those for sale. Too bad my V8 truck gets the same mileage as a twin bike. Not suggested as a daily driver. Motorsport only
