I own an Aprilia Dorsoduro 900 Supermoto. While it is not as light as the much smaller displacement bikes or as extreme as some of the more exotic bikes on this list, the Dorsoduro possesses a ride that surpasses all these bikes for longer distance travel, with comfort unknown to the frey, along with a full suite of electronics. It is a mature mototcycle for a mature rider.
Of only it had +5 (or more) Liters in the tank. Now the range is a joke, you have to stop anyway for fuel so comfort does not matters. Exciting handling, but lowish power.
You missed The best 8ne. Yamaha wr250x. Owned one 4. 8 years. Only basic service. Did all performance mods 40+ HP. Drove is so gard. Full stuntbike bild and roade it touring in norway with full lugauge. It is The best bike I ever had. Mods make it allmost like a real enduro bike but with street bike maintenance. It trully is The king. Drz400 is allso good but far from 6spd, fuel injektion and feels so lite. NO other bike comes close for me. Power is king for a new rider but I could wheelie it in any gear NO problem just watch youtube of good rider. Its The low service to fun that makes it #1
I'm sorry to contradict you but they have the same gears and the data is completely wrong. besides the weight which changes very little. mine was an awkward question precisely because they have the same maximum speed 🤷🏻♂️
We all have our own ideas of what "best" means. If you're looking for the best bike on this particular list, I think the SXV is definitely the winner. It's the most agile and most powerful bike here. I also absolutely love the Hyper 1100 EVO SP (this video actually shows a 950SP) but I wouldn't call it a supermoto.
this is just about the saddest list i have ever seen. what about TM, Beta, AJP, KTM, Gas Gas. Most of the bikes on your list aren't even real supermoto bikes. This list is clearly made by somebody that has no real world experience with proper supermoto bikes. Just sad...
That's what I thought as well. The Husky 701 and the KTM 690 are basically the same bikes. So there would have been an other spot on the list for the Hypermotard 698, the Dorsoduro 1200, the FMX, the big old Husabergs FS 650, the GasGas 450, a Husky 510, TM SMR 530 (mono swingarm)... Of course I approve the first place (I own two SXV 550) 😂 beside it's not the best all day bike

I got the KLX300SM and is quite fun! Maybe someday I will upgraded but for now I am happy with it.

drz400sm is not 44 hp stock. intake, full exhaust, 39mm carb and maybe even cams to get to 44. Or the big bore 440 kit
