  • Welcome to my intense 10-minute ab & core workout, filmed at the stunning Lake Constance! For over 35 years, daily exercise has been part of my life-even while raising 3 young children. As a former Olympic diver and 14-time Swiss champion, I'm here to inspire you to build great habits too. Core training should be one of them!
    This workout is short but intense, making it easy to fit into your day. Remember, small habits done daily can make a big difference over time!
    I switch exercises every 30 seconds, but if it gets too intense, feel free to take short breaks. Make sure to press your back firmly into the mat for better stability and support your neck when needed. With consistency, your abs and core will get stronger every day!
