Hey, really like your videos! I wanted to ask you what your advice is for a first camera for someone who does not have the budget for an fx3 yet? Wanted to get into making short films with family and friends as well as youtube videos and thinking about the fx30 and the a6700, any thoughts? Keep up the excellent work, you have really good presence, insane that you only have 157 subscribers (wanted to have that documented for when this channel inevitably blows up ha!)
HAHA Man I really appreciate the words! I’ll do my best to make sure they come true! As for the recs I think you’re right on the dot. fx30 and a6700 are amazing cameras especially for their price points. They have the same sensor so I think i’d only recommend the fx30 if you have a real use for the it’s more professional features and body. Otherwise I’d definitely go for the 6700, or even a used A7C if you’re at all interested in full frame. Hope this helps and definitely let me know what you end up going for!!
yes kit lens is always nice thing to have. even in low light as it has oss that helps to compensate the shooting. i had zve10 and kit lens, and bought Sigma 18-50mm f2.8. In low light the kit lens performs not much different than Sigma. Getting frustrated with ZVE10 i traded for GH5ii MFT world. It was a great camera with stabilisation and affordable choices of lenses. Now i traded GH5ii for ZVE1 due to i marvel hos small frame fits into smaller size camera. A dream come true and i just use 28-60mm kit lens. i miss the 24mm FOV which in APSC is at 16mm due to crop factor. now looking for wider all-in-one lens.. maybe 20-40 f2.8 tamron or Sony 20-70mm f4.. quite a dilemma for me to choose between this two.
I had that dilemma too and the conclusion i came to was to pair the ZV-E1 with the 20-70 because the ZV-E1 is so good in low light that the F2.8 wouldn't make much of a difference over the F4. It also has the dynamic stabilization so you don't need to OSS. Or you could even go for the Tamron 17-28 if you want that super wide 17mm while still keeping the F2.8. Regardless, you have a great setup already and I'm sure you'll make great things! 💪
All of your videos are great and epic but one thing I've learnt from 'How to grow on RUclips" videos, is that you need your videos to be longer bro. Get it to more than 8 to 10 minutes.. longer retention is needed. But overall your videos are all insane and you deserve more subs! Keep it up!! Just Subbed.
I appreciate you bro! Definitely working on some longer content for the channel, i agree my vids have been a bit too short. Thanks for the advice, always looking to improve
@@kyle_munozUsed they are $350 on eBay if you wait for a deal. New, they are $700, which I can't afford, but I think it's worth selling several cheaper lenses to get that 18-105mm. I do green screen work, and that is done at f/5.6, so it's not about the aperture or sharpness, it's more over about hitting the exact focal length that was used for the green screen background.
No i totally agree, I'd definitely recommend saving up to get one of those better lenses. This was just for those people who don't have that budget just yet, to help them not feel discouraged by only having the kit lens. Glad you've found a setup that works for you though!
Naaaaaah mate 180 Degree shutter rule is not the end of the world. Getting the shot is priority #1 Priority #2 is if you have the money then buy yourself an ND to follow the rule
i getchu, I just personally dislike how video looks when it’s not following 180 degree shutter so i used it as a point. definitely not the end of the world for everyone.

Your channel for sure deserves more subs, super dope content. Which Rode mic are you using for audio in this vid?
Ah man super appreciate this comment! I’m using the Rode Videmicro with a slight EQ

Good work bro ❤

Nah, I'm buying the Sony 10-18mm and 18-105mm PZ OSS f/4 lens. They are much more useful.
