Love the Galaxy S5. On my second due to dropping the first one. Great phone. I only experienced one problem. The wire attached cap that clips on the the charge port eventually breaks off. It's happened to both phones. Have talked to dozens of people and they've had the same problem. That water resistant feature was a huge attraction to it since I often go to the beach or spill something on it. Great idea, but short-lived.

Sorry, it's really hard to decipher what they are saying with this weird accent. If you've invested into filming this, you should have found the people with the appropriate American English to do the presenting. And it's way too fast for the video-manual.
+There is nothing wrong with his accent (apart from that you mentioned that it is English as opposed to American English) although he is speaking rather fast, which is why native English speakers wont have a problem understanding it.
