Hey Lando can u do a video about Neo blades from company’s that offer more than normal LEDS like the KR pixel sticks and the Dual star or Tri star blades from Civilized sabers! On there website and videos the always talk about going into the Config and changing the amount of LEDS used for example the Tristar blade has 3 stripes of skinny Adafruit LEDS it’s total for like 320 LEDs in the blade awesome content man

I copied what you did for the shock baton saber profile, but when I activate it nothing happens. So then I followed the website's instructions which was different, and that also didn't work.
hey lando, i was gonna share this on the lightsaber subreddit but this is a great video to ask on too. i was wondering if it’d be possible for to make a blade profile in where it works like a rain stick? i think it’s be pretty sick to see the leds act like the filling of one.
What do you mean by “rain stick?” There are rain effects on the Crystalfocus.net site if that’s what you mean.

New to cfx I’m adding new blade styles and some of the newer ones have a gap in the last three parameters when copying that to my config file do I leave the gap or delete the gap?
any recommendations for a good DarkSaber blade style?

Nice video. A comment and a couple of questions. The comment: many times in the video it's hard to see what you are cutting and pasting, because the config file windows are behind your inserted video. The questions: I also have a Sabertrio, with their most recent CFX update. With the new update, how many blade profiles can you have? How many color profiles?
I wanna say that the CFX blade/color profiles limits are listed in the CFX manual, but I could be mistaken. I think for blades, it’s somewhere around 32, and it’s about 16 or so for colors.
@@LandoSabers That may be right. I remember when Sabertrio announced their CFX update, they may have said something like that. Love your videos, by the way.
Does cfx have an unstable swing option?
I found a light saber that is neo pixel and has a 2.2 proffie board on AliExpress for £140 it doesn't have a fancy hilt but it looks good, is it possible to be real?
I’d recommend getting it from Darkwolf, Crimson Dawn, Padawan Outpost, or Vire Sabers. The ones on AliExpress are fake at the price unless sold directly by LGT SaberStudio. No matter what, you’ll likely be waiting a while because of Lunar New Year.

Hey lando, qq. Do you have any videos about saber forge by chance or do you have any coming in the future? I looked through your videos but didn't see any.
I do not support nor do I recommend Saberforge. I find their sabers to be overpriced, with pretty bad installs, poor customer service, awful lead times, and a lunatic owner.
I’d recommend the other companies I’ve discussed on the channel if you want a high quality saber.
Oh gotcha. I was aware that you don't support ultra sabers (which i agree with) but I wasnt sure how you felt about saberforge. Thanks for the response.

I ordered the tiny giant from the pach store on the 22nd December and I still have not received it or heard from the company, was just wondering if you could give me some advice on this
Every saber company is currently experiencing massive delays due to supply chain issues, and the Pach Store is currently closed due to Chinese New Year. Just give it some time, they will deliver.

I have a friend that is a big star wars fan. I wanted to give a gift and I've seen that there is a huge lightsaber market. I don't have much many, I could spend a 100-200 more or less. Could anyone give me some options?
I can give you plenty, but it's easier for you to just watch a couple of Landos videos. Then you will have a ton of options.

Hi if I just want a neopixel lightsaber on a budget I was thinking of going with the neo core banshee or the proffie neopixel banshee can you pls tell me the difference between these two sabers
So I added three new blade profiles to my saber and when I turn it on it doesn’t make any swing noises when I swing until about 3 or three seconds after I ignite it. It also only happens on the ones where I am using one of the new profiles. Is there a reason for this?

@@Karuna_777 actually yeah I got it so what I did was I went into the config.text where I added the new blade style I then copied from (wakeup= to blastsm=) from one of the stock blade profiles I then replaced the (wakeup= to blastsm=) on the new style with the one from a stock style and It works now. Lmk if you need any deeper explanation or anything

It’s quite painful lol. Strep throat and I are mortal enemies. One month years back, I had swine flu for 2 weeks (when it started getting really bad), and I caught strep throat a day after, for another 2 weeks, and the strep was about 10x worse. Always takes me out of the game for a while.
