If this doesn't work for you try to update the BIOS and try again. I couldn't get it to work, I would have different options in the BIOS, and I also couldn't exit the BIOS. Turns out my BIOS was long out of date, and updating it solved it for me.

I went in to try and fix this issue and my PC would just continuously start up in the BIOS and I finally just had to settle for default BIOS settings to get to my windows. I can't figure out how to update the BIOS to fix the problem, I wasn't even able to enable XMP. If you could help me out I would very much appreciate it.
Did you install a TPM 2.0 on your motherboard ? Is windows 11 any good on AM4 or did you eventually go back to 10 ? I hear a lot of negative feedback about 11.
Good tutorial. Off topic but anytime I exit bios my computer starts screaming and beeping at me 😂 I did plug in the speaker that comes with it (and it’s in the right spot) so maybe that’s it? I didn’t notice it until I did that

If anyone is having an issue where their bios is freezing when accessing the settings, make sure you are using an actual monitor and not a TV, the bios doesn't like it for some reason
